My fear is the government will do what they have always done and give the proposal a misleading and confusing title. And then produce false, misleading and confusing arguments in pros and cons studies. They are very good at playing the game. 😮😮
Inherent in all legal matters, weasel lawyers and political judges, will find exploitable law/regulation weaknesses. After all, it IS the profession of all attorneys, even those who become judges. The people will never outflank this rich, privileged group.
