Saw Manhattan Transfer at the Hilton in Sydney in the 70's (supper show) in black tie (we all frocked up for the event) and , by God, they just blew us away. What an amazing performance that still lives in my memory some 50 years later. Just brilliant!
I saw this group 6 times, & loved them more each time. I saw them 2 times with laurel, 4 with Cheryl. Harmonies are flawless, no matter who sings at soprano. Wolfsky9

For each, making the decision to form TMT, was life-changing, & one of the wisest decisions each ever made. Love MT...but went to see them at Radio City in NYC and was so disappointed! They didn't sing one song from their album...just a bunch of jazz songs I'd never heard. Also, the acoustics there was terrible,....
