This is great! Thank you so much for posting it. We recently got a mill and are getting started with milling Trilor and Crystal Ultra. We'd love to see your post production/finishing process if you have a chance to make a video on it.
This is awesome! Thanks for valuable infos as well ! Can you describe more about post production process like which material used to finish in milling/print , ceramic/composite process ?
Thank you for the nice comment. Both software have their place in the market. I also made an Exocad Crystal Ultra video if you haven't seen it. My personal opinion is that for some cases like Crystal Ultra for example, 3shape is easier to use, but is more likely to show errors. Exocad is a great software as well if you want to work outside a fixed workflow. It's hard to say, I like both software.

Get a 3Shape basic license. They even have demo dongles at no cost. Play around with it. There are tons of 3Shape tutorials inside the software. It's not that difficult and I know you must be scared and overwhelmed to get started. Keep me in the loop and ask me if you have questions.
@@taylorstutz1904 That is correct, It copies the entire Wax Up as 1 large crown because you want to define the margins and don't bring then all the way down. Of cause, you can define copy area.

Thank you for the great comment
Great video! There are no metal cylinders in the screw channels? Thanks for the attention.
No. Ti bases can be cemented directly into the trilor bar
great video. Just wondering if you use the same settings when designing a zirconia framework on a titanium bar.
I made a video about that. Check it out
Hi thanks for your helpful tutorial videos, do you know which nano ceramic is the same as crystal ultra? I know that crystal ultra is a brand,
Thanks
I believe crystal ultra is the only product of this kind. There are probably some other copies out there without FDA approval in the US.
excellent video!! thank you for all the analytic information
Thank you Lazaros for the nice comment and I am glad you liked the video!

Great videos. For Crystal Ultra or Pekkton All on 4 cases, which software do you prefer? Exocad or 3Shape? Thanks.

I'm an older Technician, and lack computer desingning skills, Where do I start,?Thanks
You are never to old to start with a digital workflow. Which software do you have currently? Start with single units, framework or full contour.

@@masterdentaltechnician1914 To avise me you have to go back to when you decided to go digital. Realy thanks for your time
That was many years ago and the software and milling machines were not that great and easy to use as now.
What different parameters are you using for zirconium?? Thanks
I would not use Zirconia on a trilor bar
Very awesome! 👌👌👌👌👌
Thank you, Taylor, for the nice comment!
So when you set the case as having a wax up, it copies the wax up?

I can definitely use this in many other ways as well! Thanks for sharing your knowledge!

Can you do that with zirconia??
No, the Trilor is too flexible and the zirconia might break. I have not tried it.
Thank you, nice Channel
