    Awesome video, love the longer format. I really liked the use of the 40ft connex's, I think I can implement something like that here to build a "show room" and minimize rental space. Thanks as always

    In the 1st one you missed what looked good- the bilnds; both large and small. Just looked like quality from this side of the camera. #2 may have had 1 set too, made of what idk.

    Subjective value. Of course the city is going to say the building is worth next to nothing so the FEMA 50% rule almost never allows people to save their homes.

    Dave the United States Does Not have the Authority to unilaterally authority to rename a navigable international body , and all renaming of such body of water has to be approved by all nations adjoining nation and the approval of International Hydrographic Organization (IHO), who regulates the mapping and names of international bodies of water.
    It should be noted that the united States has one seat in International Hydrographic Organization (IHO), which is has 100 voting members states with 2 currently suspended.
    The Gulf of Mexico according to International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) remains the Gulf of Mexico and the body is taking action against the United States for attempting to Unilaterally change the name of a body of water without authorization of International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) or the the other International countries who have territorial waters in the body, Mexico and Cuba.
    Trumps Executive order could end up costing the United States Billions of Dollars in International fines and legal cost and the name will still remain the same.
    International Hydrographic Organization (IHO), since 1968 they have enforced Standardization of maritime measurements, hydrographic terminology, marine cartographic products, and geographical information systems for navigation of international bodies of water, which included the Gulf of Mexico.

      You should realize that names of bodies of water have been changed before. Maps are already being changed. Literally just delete Mexico and type America. Cheaper and quicker that me typing this.

    • @raymondheckard234
      @raymondheckard234 3 дні тому

      @@jasonclay6218 Not on international bodies of water. Only bodies of water inside of a Country, can a country change the name on.
      International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) is the one who approve a name change on international bodies of water, as Mexico and Cuba controls over 1/2 of the Gulf of Mexico and there for no name change will occur without the consent of all nations and International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) will not approve and name change without all parties agreeing.
