Yesss Trish is back looking absolutely gorgeous😍😍😍like the car just don’t like front wheel drive BMWs but I understand they have to be competitive against other car manufacturers ie Mercedes and Audi and Vw primarily but rear wheel drive will always be best look at the classic BMWs

This is one of the multiple reasons I am so disappointed in my favorite car manufacturer. All carmakers are just doing the same car with different badges. No one cares about that what enthusiasts say or want from their favorite brand. Cars are developed in the marketing department, just to make them look and sound pretty, fill them up with an overload of technology and forget about the reason this was once called “The Ultimate DRIVING machine”

Agree with what you say but BMW have to be competitive in this particular market or will lose sales 3-5 series will never be RWD
It's why I am holding onto to my 128i daily driver for as long as I can. Manual seats, no iDrive, no nav, no sunroof with a few mods make it a blast to drive while still getting me 30mpg. Oh and none of the issues that plague the turbo motors (no wastegate rattle, no turbo failure, no HPFP failure, no chargepipe failure, no carbon build up). 6 speed manual, hydraulic steering, in a fun tossable reliable comfortable 3100lb car

It's terrible isn't it. I have a current M240i and if the new 2 series 2 door coupe looks anything like this, or if they get rid of the 6 cylinder turbo or RWD, I will NOT be buying a new one

301hp! ...on a 4 cylinder! So impressive. I'm wondering two things... 1) are those seats also ventilated? 2) I'm also wondering if I could get my bike tucked in the back with the seats down. "Bladder Busters"! That's a good one, Scott... that many of us guys can totally relate to!
David Wolf hell no they ain’t ventilated. Have to pay $550 just to get them heated.

Have you sold any of these lately? Just wondering, did a test drive and it felt heavy.... The 3 series felt a little lighter or at least better handling. I don't know why, do you agree with this?
I have a M235 GC and I can confirm that handling is different because of front line biased wheel drive. I had a 330i before. Turning was more enjoyable in 330. M235 GC is more for highway and passing other cars. Also, the one they review in this video (and in most of the test drives) , has M Sport suspension (7:04 in the above video) , this is why the heaviness in the car. You need to definitely pay the extra and buy Adaptive Suspension. They have done a good job of reviewing the interior/exterior but they have totally failed doing the analysis on the driving aspect of it.

@@aris1956 I think emdec55 means, that BMW has lost their spirit or even I'd rather say their ancestry... They used to sell "fun, driving machines" now their focus is on design and useless tech - just like Mercedes. My fear is, both got scared of Audi's (and Far-East manufacturers) success and started making vehicles (not even cars) not suitable for their pedigree. As a long-time BMW owner and enthusiast, I really see how they've lost their "way" in recent years, with the all-so big kidney grills, the ugly gauge clusters to the overall proportion and design of the new models - making them look like a Kia or Hyundai, struggling to modernize the factory look - for example the kidneys, which didn't needed that much modernizing, or the over accentuating the "Hofmeister kink"! Look at the overblown grilles of the Audi's, we're fine with those since they started making them about 20-25 years ago and they kinda settling in these days...
But BMW are doing it now - so either you have a good friend at the management, or wait several years, when this will be over!
Sorry for the long ramble..

Can someone please explain why manufacturers extend the tail lights and wrap them around the body in modern cars? Like look how the tail light is so close to the gas door. I've noticed this a lot.

Nowadays 'coupe' pretty much means any car with a sloping roofline/coupe-like shape. Doesn't matter how many doors or the size of the car. It is what it is 🤷🏾♂️
