Hungary are neighbours for sure, to me especially, i am from budapest like 120km, so i am there few times a year 🙂sideskirts and front splitter were both fastened with double sided 3M tape, and i also put in some self tapping screws.. it could hold with only the tape, but this car is not slow, and when going 150-200kmh, i didnt want anything to fly off 🙂 and so far it holds..
@@gb7938 in the end i decided not to install the lower parts, because i felt it would be maybe too aggressive compared to the rest of the car.. to install its very simple, few bolts on the bottom (from oem diffuser), the top parts just clips in. and on the sides there is very little trimming needed

I have the same car and I’m doing the same thing: I’ve added the exact wheels you did; replaced the grill and air ducts, added a carbon fiber rear spoiler and mirror caps; waiting on the exhaust tips to be in stock. Love it.
The car looks so good now, especially at 12:36. I remember seeing this car for the first time and thinking it didn’t match the performance, looks wise. After blacking out the badges, changing bumper parts, swapping to much nicer wheels and tires, doing the rear spoiler, diffuser and exhaust tips, Jesus. This thing looks SO much better.
oh yea, i would go for those, however, there are no OEM black badges, and from experience every fake "replica" fades out in few months.. so i rather stuck with originals on that :-)

Stunning transformation but would love to see it on Eibach springs to drop it 30mm and spacers. Maybe 15mm rear and 12mm front. Nice aggressive stance. And tint those rear lights.
would love to drop it too, but cant, wouldnt be able to get in underground parking around here without ripping the splitter off :-D spacers not really, wheels are absolutely flush now. an i will never tint rear lights :-D on any car
thank you! i wouldnt be worried, you just need to drive in sport, to have possibly the cylinders not be turning off, and you'll be all good :-D you want the sport/sport+ anyway, for the sound
i think i'd have done a new exhaust system as opposed to only changing the tips along with the downpipe and a remap may aswell go for performance upgrade if your gonna spend this much time and effort on the appearance
yea, I would love a complete exhaust, but budget only allowed for the tips at this point :-) and I need to wait for remap too, because car has 5 year warranty, and i dont want to mess with that.. on the other hand exhaust sound is quite nice and there is way too much performance for the traffic nowadays :-D
Thank you! I am 99% sure the headlight cluster depends on what lights you get, if they are the base ones, middle ones like i have, or the laser ones. Tbh i dont even know if mine are shadowline :-D car didnt have a shadowline package on it tho, so these might be regular ones
thank you! the tips were direct replacement of the original ones, no need to change anything, only they bolt on the exhaust itself, compared to oem tips, which bolt to diffuser.
I know, that is the only thing missing, but with this car i just cant afford to go any lower than stock msport suspension :-/ not with the roads around here

yeah, i would love to throw wider meat on there, but at this point i only can run what manufacturer "prescribed", because of warranty and insurance :-( 100% agree with you tho
yeah, well basically every car in the world has approved specific tire sizes.. in many countries you can ignore them, like USA, you can put on the car anything.. in europe not so much :-D
there are no pre-existing bolts for the side skirts, at least not for those i got.. so I used the oem self tappers. you can possibly just use double sided tape, but i wanted to be sure it doesnt fly off.. and it holds :-D
hey! no cutting, nothing, you just screw them on and that's it. just need to make sure you ordered the correct ones (M340i has different exhaust pipe than 330i)
Thanks! I use 3M double sided tape, and i wouldnt know if it holds against car washes because i never ever use them :-D but everything is still on the car 8 months later, so i believe it stickss good :-D the tape is called 3M PT1500

I dont think it will, these tips are specific for M340 only, and there isnt M340 Li, right? But there should be similar exhaust tips for 4 cylinders too i believe
Man you have to upgrade your front fender M badges to black once! I am waiting for my dark blue i4 M50 and arter seeing this video i think i have to set a new rear diffusor on it :)
yeah, i forgot to buy those, and i am forgetting since :-D it is irritating that those are the only pieces left in that bronze color :-D i4 M50 nice, you should get a diffusor on it, and maybe a couple of exhaust tips too :-D just for fun

you 100% should ditch them.. i had pirelli rfts on mine before and they were awful. conti's are pretty awesome, very good on water (that was one of the reasons i went for them), sticky in hot, and not a lot of wear too, still got 6mm thread after first season, so i can only recommend them

hey, i had 19" stock wheels on the car, and if you use the same sizes as i mentioned in the pinned comment (on top) there are absolutely no fitment issues at all :-)

No, not really.. I like it when you have it on all windows, but in my country (or basically almost everywhere in europe) its forbidden to have tint on front doors.. so it ends up looking weird on basically every car :-/

Thank you! for the front lip yes, i used additional screws on the side parts (and i believe one in the center) just to be sure :-D and side skirts did not come with any screws, you have to source your own (double sided tape would not be enough here), so i used like 8 or so, per side..
This looks soooo mean 🥷 my m340i lands next week and also has the same bronzeish colour grill and wing mirrors, I know it would look meaner with them in black but I also think the bronze look gives it some class so might keep them but do the rest like yourself
thank you! Yeah, the bronze is kinda the differentiatior between regular 320d msport and the Mperformance model, but i dont really like it :-D especially on black car, i wanted everything black. also, its pretty hard to keep that bronze surface clean, it shows everything very quickly

yes exactly, that emblem is original bmw, you can get these on various sites too as replicas, but my brother got one for his M135i and it was 15% bigger than the original :-D so i opted to go for more expensive but original route. you have the part number in the first comment, and if you give that to dealer they will order you one

I'm doing a blackout makeover for my M340i, it's really needed haha! I really wonder where you got your spoiler and side skirts from. I'm from the Netherlands so an order through a Slovakian webshop would be possible I guess. Keep up the good work man!

The transformation is fire I would paint the car a dark gray or different color to give a two-tone effect because its too much black rn It takes away from the blackout

you know what, no issues at all so far, only after few thousands of kilometers on them there is a slight vibration above 150-160 kmh (not on steering wheel), so i will have to get them re-balanced, which is pretty normal. I also have conti TS860 (19") for two winters now and they are absolutely fantastic
Thank you. I was affraid to use tyres without bmw holologization because i had some problem in my previous G30 540i xDrive when i put winter Pirelli sottozero mixed without bmw * (star). My car started to vibrate all time. Now i have Pirelli RunFlat on my 20” performance wheels and it drives like shit. I must buy something without RunFlat and my first choice will be Conti 7.
they fit perfectly.. i believe on G2x models the mirrors are all the same, these are G80 M3 style, but yea, the LCI M performance models got those from factory already..

Didn't you install the side parts of the rear diffuser? Also, what kind of processing is required to install the rear diffuser?

Thank you! I am 99% sure the headlight cluster depends on what lights you get, if they are the base ones, middle ones like i have, or the laser ones. Tbh i dont even know if mine are shadowline :-D car didnt have a shadowline package on it tho, so these might be regular ones

thank you! the tips were direct replacement of the original ones, no need to change anything, only they bolt on the exhaust itself, compared to oem tips, which bolt to diffuser.

the issue with full length skirts on this car is, that they can cover the LEDs that make the "light carpet" on the ground which are placed in front behind the front lifting point.. (unless the full length skirts have a hole in them)

yeah, well basically every car in the world has approved specific tire sizes.. in many countries you can ignore them, like USA, you can put on the car anything.. in europe not so much :-D
Did you have to drill any holes to add the side skirts or lip? Or just used preexisting bolts?
there are no pre-existing bolts for the side skirts, at least not for those i got.. so I used the oem self tappers. you can possibly just use double sided tape, but i wanted to be sure it doesnt fly off.. and it holds :-D
Hey with the exhaust tips did you simply screw on to the existing exhaust pipe or did you have to do any cutting to it?
hey! no cutting, nothing, you just screw them on and that's it. just need to make sure you ordered the correct ones (M340i has different exhaust pipe than 330i)

Thanks! I use 3M double sided tape, and i wouldnt know if it holds against car washes because i never ever use them :-D but everything is still on the car 8 months later, so i believe it stickss good :-D

just be sure you choose the M340i version, because they need to be oval on the inlet side (330i is round)

I dont think it will, these tips are specific for M340 only, and there isnt M340 Li, right? But there should be similar exhaust tips for 4 cylinders too i believe

you 100% should ditch them.. i had pirelli rfts on mine before and they were awful. conti's are pretty awesome, very good on water (that was one of the reasons i went for them), sticky in hot, and not a lot of wear too, still got 6mm thread after first season, so i can only recommend them

hey, i had 19" stock wheels on the car, and if you use the same sizes as i mentioned in the pinned comment (on top) there are absolutely no fitment issues at all :-)

No, not really.. I like it when you have it on all windows, but in my country (or basically almost everywhere in europe) its forbidden to have tint on front doors.. so it ends up looking weird on basically every car :-/

for the front lip yes, i used additional screws on the side parts (and i believe one in the center) just to be sure :-D
and side skirts did not come with any screws, you have to source your own (double sided tape would not be enough here), so i used like 8 or so, per side..

This looks soooo mean 🥷 my m340i lands next week and also has the same bronzeish colour grill and wing mirrors, I know it would look meaner with them in black but I also think the bronze look gives it some class so might keep them but do the rest like yourself
thank you! Yeah, the bronze is kinda the differentiatior between regular 320d msport and the Mperformance model, but i dont really like it :-D especially on black car, i wanted everything black. also, its pretty hard to keep that bronze surface clean, it shows everything very quickly

yes exactly, that emblem is original bmw, you can get these on various sites too as replicas, but my brother got one for his M135i and it was 15% bigger than the original :-D so i opted to go for more expensive but original route. you have the part number in the first comment, and if you give that to dealer they will order you one

@@TheSedin yes, those are exactly where i ordered from.. the fit is pretty snug, i did not expect it to be so tight, you barely need the 4 bolts that are on each side for tightening

actually i would not recommend the store i got side skirts from, it took them a month to deliver, and they only had fake carbon, so i had them wrapped in gloss black :-/ but you can get them on ebay for sure.

I would say yes.. for the price i dont think you can get better quality, didnt have any issues with the fitment or paintwork or anything..
The transformation is fire I would paint the car a dark gray or different color to give a two-tone effect because its too much black rn It takes away from the blackout
have to say, I would do the same things to any color of that car :-D but if i could choose, i wouldnt go with black, but this was the only one i could get, in my country, so black it is :-)

it is from a local eshop selling tuning parts, and its a replica of mperformance skirts, however i wouldnt recommend those :-/ i believe you can find them on ebay too

Did you have any problems ( with xDrive) with this Continentals?
you know what, no issues at all so far, only after few thousands of kilometers on them there is a slight vibration above 150-160 kmh (not on steering wheel), so i will have to get them re-balanced, which is pretty normal.
I also have conti TS860 (19") for two winters now and they are absolutely fantastic
Thank you. I was affraid to use tyres without bmw holologization because i had some problem in my previous G30 540i xDrive when i put winter Pirelli sottozero mixed without bmw * (star). My car started to vibrate all time. Now i have Pirelli RunFlat on my 20” performance wheels and it drives like shit. I must buy something without RunFlat and my first choice will be Conti 7.

Does the mirror caps fit 2020? It seems like only 2023 has those
they fit perfectly.. i believe on G2x models the mirrors are all the same, these are G80 M3 style, but yea, the LCI M performance models got those from factory already..
