I can’t sleep too I stay up till 4am or more I barely have sleep and wake up at 1pm or 3pm it also feels like my body doesn’t need sleep anymore but I just want to sleep and I can’t it’s happening everyday and it’s annoying, sometimes I think that I never will fall asleep and I start to get stressed and start to cry I just wish I can sleep normally 😕

That’s how I feel when I wait for my mom to come home (one time I was really sick and my mom had to go to work so I was with my grandma and I was crying I had a bad headache I was not going to sleep or eat until she was home but my grandma did her job and I felt better and went to sleep
I know how annoying it feels to have to wait my parents tell me they would be back at 11PM but they end up coming back at 2AM it makes me overthink and sometimes cry😢
