Thanks, I've researched this a lot and came to the same conclusion. Will be running a 40L NL Legacy single compartment, so I suppose it will be even more efficient. In a new Jimny as well. Thanks for the content.

Thanks for the testing and info. You can safely discharge the Jackery units to 0% as the design of the Jackery is such that at 0% when the unit switches off there is actually still 10% charge in the battery, it's a simple but clever battery prolonging feature on all the Jackery models.

This is the exact information I was looking for. Thanks a mil for the video. I'm doing a trip in December in my short wheel base pajero, also running a national Luna, and I'm still trying to decide between a dual battery setup or the jackery. (Not sure how the price compares though)

Hi Dave. Glad you enjoyed the video. The Jackery 500 is around R10k in South Africa. To install a dual battery system that includes both a solar charger and an inverter will cost you around R15k-R20k according to the quotes I received.

Does your NL50 have Danfos/Secop compressor with 3yr warranty or the one with 8 year warranty? The Danfoss compressor is lower watt while the other compressor is i believe 66 watt one.
