The reason we check in late is because first we booked a villa near ekvira temple but due to heavy rain flood came into that villa so he cancelled and was given 2nd villa in lonavala city which Purnaniks and near ekvira aai temple road work is going on so that's what the reason we went lonavala city through express highway again so reached late at puraniks.... although it's your opinion I'll thank you for your opinion but if service was given properly we might left the villa as per their check out time happy. I'll pray for everyone that the situation that we faced shouldn't face anyone along with the senior citizen.
