Jimmy Butler is eligible to sign a 2-year, $113 MM supermax extension with a NBA team after July 7th, 2024. This is the date Heat fans will have to keep their eye on.
Donovan Mitchell is also not sure if he wants to sign a long-term extension with the Cleveland Cavaliers. It is also reported that the Philadelphia 76ers want to trade for Jimmy Butler and sign him to a max extension.

Jimmy to 76ers, Heat get Donovan Mitchel, 1st round pick from 76ers and Jarrett Allen, Herro, 3 - 4 first round pick from 76ers and 1 first round pick from Heat to the Cavs. Trade terry for Malik Monk. Jarrett Allen for Jonas and future 1st round pick from Pelicans.

Only way i trade Jimmy is if he ask for a trade. The best trade to me is Miami receives Allen and Mitchel, 76ers receives Jimmy, and Cavs receive Hero, Jovic, and 4 first ( 26, 28, and 30 from 76ers and 29 from Miami)
Yes I would make that three team trade although Cleveland would want another young player, and if we keep One pick I can use it to get Kyle Kuzma.

What would be the point? Without Jimmy there would be no reason to trade for Mitchell. They need more than one player. You trade for a star to pair with another star. Without Jimmy and Tyler who is there?
Money wise, we dont need to trade tyler.
Just trade jimmy to Cleveland for dmicth and max straight up and have Cleveland flip him to philly or do something else, its not our problem.
Then keep herro along with the other assets we would’ve put in the dmitch package to get better fitting pieces i.e mikal, lauri, collins, jeremi grant, kuzma type players
Or use tyler and young guys and pick to get dmitch, trade jimmy to philly for 3-4 picks. Use that extra cap space to outbid for certain free agents like og , and have even more space to get actual role players

I don't think the cavs will go for it unless they have a plan to package all these pics into a couple of players that can keep them a playoff contender.
If rozier is not in this trade scenario he needs to start in back court with mitchell. Max strus should NOT be starting over rozier if hes not traded
