Create Stylised 3D Text in After Effects | After Effects Tutorial

Hello! In this Adobe After Effects tutorial we'll be creating some awesome stylised 3D text. It's all done within after effects and we'll be using the built in 3D extrude tools as a base which we'll then be tweaking to get a much cooler text effect.

It works on short texts. If you want to use larger texts, maybe this is not the best option.

Hi! Great tutorial loved it! Just had a problem..... at 08:10 when you click fill, it fills just your outline, for me it fills up the entire view, any idea where I'm going wrong?

Using Parallel as the light type for the front really evened out the front face!

When i choose cinema 4d render the light doesn't show it's effect, but when it's classic 3d the light appears... why is that?
