When you were gathering all the different flowers and branches I thought to myself 'there is no way all of that will fit in that small container'. Boy, was I wrong! It's gorgeous and I now know why my arrangements never look right... I don't use enough stuff : )

Kudos to Laura who does these arrangements backwards! She knows what works even though she can't see it from the front. This has to be one of the best arrangements I've ever seen, looks elegant, whimsical, delicate, and just perfection.

I thought the same thing! She’s arranging from the back and trusting her instincts. I loved it from the placement of the rose branches and first tulip. Makes me appreciate my rose stems and now I want to try a woody arrangement.

As not an artist, this looks like a painting to me. Gorgeous. Simple but also extravagant at the same time. It feels Victorian to me. Looking at the arrangement in its setting I was thinking, someone's going to want to paint this.
Looking at the flowers sitting in the bucket behind Laura before she begins the arrangement, and thinking how beautiful it already looks. Laura, you are an artist without even trying 💜.

This is one of my all time favorite arrangements. The color palette is to die for and each addition plays so well with everything else. Those Brownie Tulips; AAAAH! Don't Hellebores and Snowdrops look like they aren't even real? I can't wait to pack my garden with them....

You inspired me to give flower arrangements a try. I've only done small ones with flowers from the grocery store, but everyone always comments on them. Love how they bring something pretty to the table.
Same! I used to throw a few zinnias in a vase here and there but never put filler, foliage, focal flowers, filler flowers, etc. Didn't even know it was a thing! Now I'm practicing putting together arrangements, & just built a huge cutflower garden!

My favorite part of these type of videos is right at the end, when Laura has placed the arrangement in the room it is gracing. The placement by the window with the dark wall paint as a backdrop, it almost looks like an oil masterpiece from some old world artist. ❤️😊
and the beautiful music just tops it all off. That's when I breath deeply and smile.

SUCH BEAUTY & SATISFACTION! Thanks for showing & sharing. I was leaving for work one morning, looked over at my flowers and they were yelling: "Don't go; take us with you!" I stopped my car, went into my house for a sweet little green hobnail vase, got my snips and cut pink tulips, muscari, yellow pansy, and a delicate stem of blooming brunnera. Oh how sweet, and they have brought such joy to me all week at the office. This way I feel like I'm not missing my garden so much during the day. ANYBODY OUT THERE WANT TO RETIRE EVERY SPRING, SUMMER, and FALL??

Also, I think you should make this a monthly video. For the rest of the summer and into fall, on the 15th (or thereabouts) of each month, go out and pick what's blooming and make an arrangement in your container of choice. It'd also be interesting to use the same container and see how it changes each month.

I also like the naturalized form in your choice of material for the vessel Laura. You DO have an ‘eye’ for both the things you chose for the arrangement and the appropriate vessel for them. It is so nice to have a video such as this included among the large project videos. Beautiful arrangement!!

The last frame of this video was a vintage piece of artwork that I would pay hundreds of dollars to hang on my wall, absolutely nailed it!! I can’t wait to plant my new garden and fill it with beautiful things that I can bring into my home too!

There needs to be a "love" button. I'm going to plant tulips in a few pots this autumn thanks to your wonderful inspiration! I never thought of putting bulbs in pots before. This will be the fourth year in our garden and each year gets better and better. I am so glad that I was shown your channel!

I watched a older video last night from 2017 and it was when you and Aaron first got Russell. He was so playful and so very loving to you Laura. And now, four years later , he still watches over you. In almost every video, Russell follows you and I believe he protects you too. It just warms my heart to see him around you. Such a rare love to see. For me, this tells me just how special you are. A kind and loving presents only can recieve this unconditional love from a animal. Thank you for your kindness and gentleness... love your show because of who you are and your love of gardening.
