This was an amazing effort. For those who don't know to go straight from cross country to the track is difficult. Cross country trains for strength and endurance while track trains mostly to enhance speed. The two are literally 2 different sports. For her to run this fast off of cross country training is incredible. She is going to have an outstanding track year 🏃♀🏃♀🏃♀🏃♀🏃♀🏃♀
Katelyn Tuohy; Abby Steiner. They are both abundantly talented; great role models for young girls throughout the nation, and attractive, which certainly doesn’t hurt. Add Mike Trout, and Christian McCaffrey and I will sculpt my own Mt. Rushmore of super talented athletes that Nature has been very, very good to.
Lucky to be there to see the race....went down from Maine primarily to see Katelyn.....been watching her progress since her high school days and very impressed 👏 ....truthfully I am impressed w many of the female runners today ....ran track and cross country in high school and road races for many years afterward...a good majority of these young women would have left me in the dust.....awesome to see You go girls 👍 and keep it up Katelyn ..big congrats on the recognition on your accomplishments 👏👏👏
What's funny here is that she's matching all my PR's to the exact second and is probably going to beat my 10k someday when she gets there. I never did indoor though. She beat my HS PR's by several seconds.

@@Veritas-dq2hs Amiga no es que no apoye, conozco chicas muy buenas atletas acá que son élite pero distan mucho de los tiempos de Katelyn, aún así creo que el desarrollo del atletismo tiene que evolucionar conforme lo hacen los entrenadores y si éstos no lo hacen las atletas tampoco.
