    Finished up an hour's standing by playing this twice for the last half. Fantastic results; I should probably follow your instructions more often Mark!

    This is incredible 😍 i can feel relax from feet, ankle, knee, hip joint, coccyx, spine till the head.
    This is the internal need to train and feel it.
    And automatically, nim tao active when we walk, stand, doing work. Amazing martial art.
    It takes time but permanently can be using in real fight after combine with other form or training conditioning in Wing Chun.

      Standing naturally, but with feet slightly pointing inwards, knees relaxed.

    I was wanting to ask my instructor about standing meditation.
    Like to ask a question. What is the fundamental purpose for SM?
    I’d like to start doing it.

      SM enables one to feel, generate and control the flow of chi throughout the body.

    Hi Sifu Mark. I have a question in regards to your breathing pattern. I mean do you naturally breath in the lower abs and to the huiyin point if you relax and expand the spine or does another pattern occur with taigong and seng activated?

      CST taught to just breathe naturally.

      yeah I know Sifu Mark but I mean when you are in that state and nim Tao is activated, where do you breath naturally. So where does the breath go and expand by itself?

      Relax the arms by your side with a feeling of space in the armpits.
