Regardless of criticisms steroids aren't magic, they don't build muscle without actual effort. It still takes a lot of dedication and hard work to get to this kind of size. I do 1.5 + hours over 5 days a week, I don't do steroids and never have and sure I'd be a hell of a lot bigger if I did, but at what cost right?
