Anyone that says cut him is insanely stupid. He's on a rookie contract and is a great WR. Wouldn't you want him to mature and grow up on a rookie deal with us instead of getting his shit together on another team? No way in hell should the chiefs cut him. If they don't trust him and decide they don't want him anymore, trade him when he has value mid season or let him walk in FA.

I love the noon slate. Once KC has played I can relax and enjoy the other games.
I prefer the Chiefs play Sunday night at home. I can go to those games without rushing, since I have a long drive and can't leave until noon and I work most Mondays.

It would be very dumb to cut him, he's a really good receiver on a rookie deal, that's valuable. Even if he gets suspended here and there, and I'd rather see him get his shit together with the chiefs than some other team.

I really like Nick Bolton he’s a great player and a smart MIB who’s not so great at pass defense but I’m sure he’ll get better. When it comes to protecting 15 or a LB I think the organization will extend Creed Humphrey and Trey Smith but I could be wrong because the pay per year is 20 million for a RG but they have chemistry working together. They’ve gotta keep Butker he’s a great PAT kicker I hope they don’t release him over what he said publicly.
Butker won't be released, as long as he can hit 60 yard FGs he's good. He can have his dumb opinions, I think everyone losing their minds about it is weird. I thought what he said was old fashioned, outdated, and just kinda dumb in general, but I'm not being forced to agree with his opinions so what do I care? @@tylerprince3496 "Diabolical" was the word that pushed me over the edge. It wasn't just lies, it was "diabolical" lies. He also suggested that President Biden is delusional. This was not a benign "out-dated" speech. It was mean-spirited on so many levels. Speaking to women: "I really admire your accomplishments BUT none of it counts unless you also become a mother..." I know that's not exactly what he said - I have read the transcript - but it's the gist of it. I think my strategy is going to be to close my eyes when he walks on the field. I acknowledge that no gives a s**t what I do (or don't do) but I care about what I do.

Why is everyone want Rice gone so bad?? I mean he made a bad decision haven’t we all done something wrong in our lives?? He’s not freaking perfect and neither are any of us. They could release him but will they I don’t think so. Let the investigation go through the process. Jeez people.
I'm going to preface this by saying I'm not calling for them to release him right now. That being said, he made several bad decisions. Even if you just look at the accident, he sped, he fled the scene. We know those two facts. Rumors are that there were many other bad choices with regards to the items in the vehicle.
The night club incident, it was a bad choice to go out to a club, regardless of what he may or may not have done at said club. When there is suspicion that he may have been driving under the influence during the wreck, that doesn't help things.
Then there are the rumored incidents from before when he was in college. We don't have proof of what may or may not occurred, and we likely will never know the truth one way or another, but even just looking at the wreck, there was more than just one bad choice made. Rice has to screw his head on, and it doesn't look like he has done that. We don't need his bs continuing with this team only to have him end up a liability. I say, he does one more stupid thing and thats when the team should be looking at cutting him. That's when it's a given that he is not getting the message.

he’s been making bad decisions since he was in college, to the point of a team taking him off their draft board. he could have killed someone or himself street racing, and then got involved in another incident where all available evidence and reports indicate he was not the victim of someone trying to provoke him but went out of his way to interact with this person, sending them messages etc. i’m not saying he should go to jail forever, but playing for the chiefs and in the NFL is a privilege that he has clearly taken for granted.
That’s not a bad decision. Thats a dog shit decision. Completely questioning his decision making type of “bad decision.” Doesn’t care about anyone about himself type of decision. Stop trying to minimize what he did.
Because he is a dumbs ass and has been making dumb ass decisions for a long time. It is a pattern. Regardless of his skills he needs a wake up call. Loosing what he loves most could be a start. He needs help of that I’m sure. But the Chiefs need to make a decision. His career is not over.. someone will pick him up. But the Chiefs need to make a move. One way or the other. I hope he is able to stay and learn from all of this. But I don’t see it.
We’re being so weird with Rice. His incidents aren’t as bad as tyreek, Frank Clark, Omenihu, willie gay etc etc. why care about a crash over players literallly assaulting women? Rashee Rice goes from underneath target vastly overrated by fans to on their s hit list.
