Brilliant thank you so much for that. I'm wanting to make myself some glasses chains for my reading glasses and especially sunglasses - you know what it's like when you're on holiday, going in and out of little seaside gift shops, first you have your sunglasses on outside but then you go in a shop and need to take them off because it's so dark inside the shop and if you take them off and put them down, chances are you forget to pick them up again! I was wondering how on earth you secure the bead wire/cord at each end?! Well that video of yours is so informative and easy to follow - in fact it made it look simple. Thanks again for going to the trouble of making the video and uploading it for not so crafty minded people like myself! 😊
@@beadaholique Thanks for replying. Yes I know what you mean, I tend to put my glasses back in the case but there are times when I just leave them wherever I've taken them off! I have a chain for my readers which I got from the opticians and it cost me about £6.00 BPS, my 2½ year old granddaughter is very attracted to it, so I thought I'm sure I could make several chains for what that cost me and I could make one for my granddaughter to play with as well! I'm quite looking forward to having a go now and I've noticed on your website that you have many UA-cam videos relating to bead stringing so I'll be checking those out as well. Thanks again 😊
Joy Bernhardt The big ones are Czech glass beads in a stone shape, they're about 13mm at their largest. We don't carry individual quantities of that bead but we do stock the strand you see in the video www.beadaholique.com/p-43374-czech-glass-bead-mix-assorted-shapes-purplegreen-blend-3-13mm-7-in-strand.aspx?UA-cam&
