Meal #20 - Top Pork Rib al Wave
Today something more heavy. Top Pork Rib strongly roasted than slowly cooked in a roaster in combination with vegetables. Germans "Semmelknödel" are a combination of old bread, eggs, milk and hot onion-butter. Mixed together and cooked in salt water you have a perfect garnish for the meat. Strong meatsauce on top.
