The down you filmed from about *;50 had an impressive passenger count, as I could only see the 'up side' passengers. So was the 22 June's down, filmed at the video's end. It's terrific how you have such a steady hand filming. Years of practice: you zoom in and out as appropriate and even show the rabbits (regarded as pests in my country). We can have 100 per cent confidence you'll obtain excellent shots of magnificent copper-chimneyed Clun Castle.
More rocks have been delivered recently. Percy Hill has done a fine video of them with his drone. Its rather a sad situation anyway with the pub closed down again and the access road to Watchet closed permenetely too due to subsidence.
Val wasn't always very well behaved. More often than not, just like a certain female cat in her abode, she liked to get up to mischief. One hot sunny day, the lady was feeling very mischievous. Admiral Scorner was feeling a bit low, he thought Val had forgotten his birthday. His mischievous wife proved him wrong. She was keeping a birthday present for him a surprise. Admiral had no idea what was going on. Val had taken him for a ride in her silver convertible car, towards a certain railway station. "Bishops Lydeard Station? What's the catch? I don't get it," observed Admiral puzzled. "Happy birthday, Mr. Mad Nut for Steamies," replied Val, handing over a piece of paper. The man took the paper politely, unfolded it and stared in surprise as he read the written words. "On behalf of your lovely wife, we hereby give you this footplate pass to ride in Odney Manor's cab, from Bishops Lydeard to Minehead and back. Welcome onboard and happy birthday. General Manager of WSR." Admiral looked at Val, smiled and kissed her on the cheek. Admiral enjoyed his footplate ride very much. It was the best birthday present he'd ever had, and he eventually told his wife so. Val was glad he'd been able to do something he never thought he'd be allowed to do. He wound up as black as the Ace of Spades, and sneezed off some dust. "AATCHOO!" Admiral quickly turned his head away. He knew enough not to sneeze over Val's clothes. "Best birthday present I've ever had. Thanks, sweetheart." "Don't say I never do anything for you." The man cuddled his beloved lady, and the two broke off. "AATCHOO!" sneezed a voice that wasn't Admiral's. "Sorry, I'm suffering hay fever." Admiral and Val laughed, as they both recognised the innocent brown eyes of Sam's Trains. Sam felt ashamed, yet he was wholly forgiven. Better to laugh than to cry, I always say.
