I need the water to be temp sensed more often. Is this possible? I can't keep the 104 F degree consistent, 40% of the time it is 103 F if I don't remember to go turn on the jets manually before I get in. I have solar so running it is not an expense. I am in ready mode and it says it should check every half hour, not happening.

Our jets keep activating several times a day - is there a way to stop this happening please? I think this is why it is costing us so much to run.

Hi there, then should only come on when the hot tub is filtering, try reducing your filter times

Hi, to be able to see BT you will need a Balboa Bluetooth to be fitted

Anyone know how to drain it? I have a connector which when I screw on no water comes out I’m not sure what to press to make the water drain out

Hi Linda, usually you either have to twist and pull the valve out or twist and push it in to release the water.
