$150 cast/rotors, $130 #1 and $110 for shred per ton CDN in NB Canada. Awesome video my friend!!
I think it's crazy prices very wildly
I am getting 260 a ton for #1 at my specialty yard and my tin is 235 but no refrigerators and like no bike tires. And they require you to make sure the chairs don't have like wood or fabric in LA. I only take that fencing if its really heavy and I don't have to load it or I get paid. That stuff is a pain.
Small grinder and portable generator should help ya
140 a ton for shred in iowa
I think my yard changes prices daily. I’ve been getting $8-8.50 per 100 lbs. north Alabama
130 a ton in southern KY been that way for about 3 months right now
140 a ton in southwest Ohio
7 cents a pound here in austin texas, im the same way with fence stuff, they get tangled around everything so annoying
10 cents a pound in North east Ohio.2 weeks ago.
I don’t take fencing anymore if it’s dipped in plastic they take off money and now most yards don’t take it because it’s hard to sell to the shredders it gets stuck in them
Exactly if your not getting paid leave it so hard to get paid with scrap metal in Ontario plus out here some dumps take metal for free hence why lol
That's exactly why I most always leave that crap.. I just don't want to be bothered with that
I’m in Michigan, I haven’t been scraping in a few weeks now. I’m back to my normal gig I run a lawn and landscape business, but if I see stuff I’ll grab it here and there but last I was out it was 165$ a ton for tin & I believe 175 short steel. Or 155$ can’t remember. Crazy a few years back it was 280 a ton! I was making bank
That's crazy how much it use to be
$110 per ton here in moncton nb CANADA.
Well, that's pretty low even for maple syrup dollars
My shortsteel..165.ton. for
Corydon Indiana. This is the sacrp rat 🐀 😊
Will we see you collecting scrap.?
It's hard to film and load stuff in the truck. Or trailer at the same time. And setting a tripod up isn't The best way to film thanks. 1 day I will be able to hire somebody 2. Fill me while i'm loading
From Rossville Ga short steal 10. Dollars bl. Tin 8 dollars 100 lb
Eidson tn,here don't know the current scrap price here
Angle grinder with a cutting wheel will cut through a fence I guaranteed
I have no doubt that it would
Im in yakima washington and my short steel is 85$ a ton, 55$ FOR tin. But they upped me to 60$ its fuckin horrible
That sucks..
150 a ton in southwestern ohio
190 for shred western pa
Great loads. I only get $0.05 per pound for shred. CDN
scrap prices vary wildly..
Do you ever haul the tandem with your f150?
Edit: You shouldnt have felt bad about that guys truck overheating. Its a chevy😂😂😂
Yeah it can handle it.. It was one of the reasons why I purchased the truck. Was because it is able to tow that big trailer legally..
@@Adventureswithmike1 Right on man. Love the clips of scrap metal. Youre the man🤙🏻🤙🏻
Not sure if you thought about it but I buy a lot of scrap lawn mowers for repair and resale and I usually pay upwards of $20 for a push mower if you've got folks that repair lawn equipment they would be more than happy to get that stuff before it goes to the scrap. My side hustle is small engine repair and I buy a lot of equipment from scrappers might be able to get a little bit more than the yard will give you

Lol
Ill take 450 a day.
I mean who wouldn't.. It is alot of work, but the payout is worth it
Ik its definitely worth it.
