Theoretically yes, but if we go by that thought, several heroes have the potential for practically infinite power Quake for example, she can manipulate vibrations, but if she had more extensive control over this, she could manipulate temperature (since heat is just atomic vibration), disintegrate objects (vibrating so hard it separates the particles), do telekinesis (making objects vibrate in certain directions), manipulate sound (since it is nothing more than mechanical waves vibrating through objects) manipulate earthquakes (since these are just vibrations caused by tectonic plates clashing), fly (by making her body vibrate in certain directions or maybe propelling herself upwards constanly like a rocket) and even manipulate magnetic fields (since the Earth's magnetic field is generated by vibrations created by the friction of the solid iron outer core rotating around the liquid iron inner core) She could literally tear a hole planet apart with sismic explosions, becoming a literal destroyer of worlds, but the thing is: everyone has a limit, Quake's ability to manipulate vibrations is not infinite, because if it were she would be someone on the same level of power as beings like Thor or Captain Marvel (not like Doctor Strange or Scarlet Witch, but still)
