I think you & your Webspoon is a gift to all of us!! !
I use to dump a pack of dry onion soup and one egg in my meatloaf, but I am tired of my same old recipe! Thank you!🎉❤
Thank you so much for your kind words!
I love meatballs, tanks for adding to my repertoire! I’ll try the egg carton trick. I add dry quick cooking oats along with bread crumbs, thickens up the sauce. Recipes for meatloaf is like a big meatball, Italian, Mexican chili, and Swedish, oh and mushroom soup with dried mushroom! Mmm, getting hungry!
I love how you use the paper egg carton as a way to press the meatballs into perfect little balls! That’s downright ingenious!
♥️♥️♥️
This method is genius
Those cartons are unsanitory!! Gross.
The egg carton was my favorite new way of making meatballs. The oven rack was pretty genius also
@@eleanorek.leslie9818 I agree 1,000000 percent!!!!!!!!!
Nice trick with the egg carton and also the oven rack. Who doesn't love meatballs? So many varieties, lots of ways to serve them with pasta, potatoes, rice! Love your videos and all the sneaky magic! Keep it coming! 💕💕💕
We'll definitely keep the recipes and sneaky magic coming! ❤️
Don't be sad! I love your videos! And I've cooked several of your creations. All of these meatball recipes look scrumptious!!! I usually just eyeball the amounts and form them with my hands, but I was impressed with the egg carton method and think I have to try this! Love you guys! 😍
Keep cooking and exploring new flavors! Your love and support means a lot to us. 😊
@@WebspoonWorld Really??
I can eyeball the size of my meatballs too, and use my hands, that extra step with the egg carton too much extra for me and sometimes I bake my meatballs depends on what I am making them for too.
I’m definitely going to try your egg carton meatball hack. Everything looks delicious 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
@@melkamutsegaye6943Really What ??
The Italian meatball hoagie is one of my best. I like to layer it with mozzarella cheese. The Swedish meatballs looked so creamy and delicious it was out of this world. A rounded ice cube tray may also work well to form the balls.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts! Italian meatballs with mozzarella cheese sound delicious.
Thank you for the variety you’ve given us! I make Italian meatballs, but these all look very good. I am most eager to try the South Asian meatballs. I’ve always hand rolled mine, but we have egg flats for our layers and I will give it a go!👏🏻👏🏻
Be sure to try it, it's really good!
Tried the egg carton method and loved it!! I have used the scoop method in the past. Or just pinching off wads of meat and rolling them up. The egg carton was superior. The oven method of cooking is better than pan frying. Usually I add broth to the pan before putting in the oven. The meat cooks quickly and evenly. If you need them to be brown you can brown them in butter or oil on top of,the stove after cooking in the oven.
I agree with oven method too!
It can definitely help in shaping the meatballs more easily. And using the oven method for cooking meatballs is a great idea too, as it allows for quick and even cooking!))
👵🏻 Alexander the Great and his magnificent team making great meatballs! I'm proud to admit, that even in my grey hairs, I can still learn something new! Thanks! 🙏🏻☮️
😅😅🥰
You can also use an Ice Cube Tray. Especially nice if you can find the rounded ones! Another way is to flatten the Meatball Mixture into a square shape. Then use a Pizza Cutter and cut in half, down the center. Then across center. then continue until you have the even portions of the size you want. You can also make Ground Turkey Meatballs and serve it with Gravy, stuffing, mash pots and cranberry sauce. Or- make Ground Chicken Meatballs, bread them and fry them like nuggets. Mix and match seasonings, sauces and create your own meal. The World is your Meatball!
What?? that is Turkey way of...
DragonflyArtz1
It sounds yummy.
Meatballs are loved not only by children, loved by all.
We always had meatballs going on a long DAY- WALK .
A cold, fried medium-sized meatball, cut into slices with mustard and thinly cut onion rings in a sandwich is sooooo delicious !!!
I have to stop now or I would carry on.
Take care .
♥️♥️🇩🇪♥️♥️
Great ideas nicely presented
Background 😢
All the meatball recipes are super and easy. Thank you so much for sharing ❤
Meatballs with squared edges is kinda brilliant.
I have to try the egg carton method for my next meatball creation. I love your sweedish meatball recipe!
Let me know when you try it!
Your videos are always intriguing and entertaining and your recipes are amazing!
I love meatballs but sometimes they're a pain to make. I usually make smaller meatballs and I use a small cookie scoop.
You've given us some ingenious ways to make meatballs that are definitely worth trying!
You are magic in the kitchen and so fun to watch! The special effects are incredible and you make cooking fun!
And now you have all of us thinking of new ways to make meatballs! What vessel would be perfect for the task! I'm even thinking about using a silicone mold. 🤔 Sure it might look like a shell or pineapple but it will still taste great!😉
Thanks for sharing another illuminating video! 😘
I love the idea of using a silicone mold - it would definitely make for some interesting shapes! Keep experimenting in the kitchen and have fun with it!💕
I love your show and the creative ways you approach your food prep. But I wish we could get a printed version of your recipes
There's a list of all the ingredients, and he shows us what to do. To him I suppose it's as easy as walking 🤗
The scoop is the best method for shaping meatballs in my opinion. I have different sizes for different types of meals. A very small one for Italian wedding soup, a bigger one for albondiga soup. It all depends on the type of meal I am preparing. Thanks for sharing your delicious recipes!
You're absolutely right!
This shows how versatile meatballs can be. I liked the last recipe especially. Keep challenging us with new favours and new techniques. 👍
Thank you, it's very nice when our recipes and ideas are useful to you 😍
You have that ingenuity that is enviable. Can’t help watching many times, honestly. Never missed scribbling every detail.Bless your Mom. Thanks much.❤❤

Всё верно! TY♥️♥️
You are amazing and love the egg holder method. So darn easy. Thanks so much for teaching the viewers so much. Making our lives easier and better to manage. We'll done.
Love ♥️ and light ✨️
Love the way you speed up your prep time. THE FOOD ---EXCELLENT!!!!
For forming meatballs I use an ice cream scoop as well =) No surprises here .... thanks for your continued efforts to bring us these great videos, I know it cannot be easy for you right now but I will always support you with views and likes !!!
Using an ice cream scoop is also a great idea, it's a handy tool for shaping meatballs. I hope you continue to enjoy our videos and recipes!
Everything you make always looks delicious! I liked your egg crate idea and refrigerator rack method for forming meatballs. The rack looks idea for having smaller meatballs and the egg crate is pure genius! Always look forward to your videos and getting awed!!
Thank you so much! We appreciate your support and enthusiasm for my videos!
@@WebspoonWorld Bravo!! You can not speak but you writing is not bad.
You make everything look so easy and delicious ! You also put a smile on my face,😀
I think you’re amazing and one of the most talented cooks I’ve ever seen. You’re not only a good cook, but you’re very creative and I enjoyed every single video you make.
I love your channel and watching you share your years of cuisine discipline so gracefully. I learned to cook from French Ancestors and all of life's celebrations begin in our kitchens. A number of UA-cam channels attempt to copy your slowed speed presentations to gain followers. There is only one Webspoon and you are truly an original. Thank you!! 💕
Thank you so much for your kind words and support! We are so pleased to hear that you love the channel and appreciate the efforts we make to share our culinary knowledge. Cooking is truly a wonderful way to celebrate life's moments and create cherished memories. 💕
I just use a teaspoon or tablespoon depending on the size of meatball I need. In a hurry just opening a bag of frozen ones works well. Swedish meatballs are delicious! Thanks for showing us that and all the other varieties. Yummy! ❤
Thank you! Happy cooking and enjoy your meatballs! ❤
The way you made the first meatballs, using the egg carton is the BEST. Thank you for sharing!
You surprise me! I love the egg carton method. All of them are geniuses! Honestly, I have been married for 38 years and have NEVER been able to make uniform meatballs, or even hamburger patties. Lol. Thank you for the great ideas and recipes. Keep up the good work!!!
I love all these methods. I like meatballs with bbq sauce in them. I'm going to try all of these.
I’ve always used a cookie scoop for meatballs or just by hand. It depends on what size you want. I just had one of thee best meatball parmigiana hoagie tonight for dinner….my mouth literally just watered. We have two local places that have out of this world meatballs! Fenicci’s of Hershey and Tonino’s ….so flippin good!
Where is Tonino’s located? I’ve been to Fenicci’s in Hershey and love their lasagna. Haven’t had the meatballs yet but will try them next visit.
🌺 I am Persian chef but I admire the modern way how you cook , well down
Using plastic wrap and an egg carton is just brilliant! I am 75, have been cooking from scratch since I was 15 years old but that is a new trick for me. Can’t wait to try it. I will use it the next time I want to pressure can meatballs, which you should try. It is nice to have meatballs all cooked an ready to put in the sauce when you need them. Thanks.
Having pre-cooked meatballs on hand, ready to add to sauce whenever needed, is a great time-saving technique. ❤
Your 'montage' is always stunning also, you are such a genius everytime that any ideas of mine seem rather poor compared to yours so please don't be sad and thank you for what you! do!
Thanks!!!❤❤❤
They all look good chef! The South Asian style meatballs made my mouth water. My favorite canned soup is Italian Wedding soup….perhaps you can create your version and share. Keep the videos coming.🤠
Stay tuned for more recipe videos.
My favorite as well, but one I've never been able to create at home.
This is one of the best websites ever! So many creative ideas and kitchen tips and tricks. Thank you! Can you add some recipes with lamb, beef and seafood?
You're just BRILLIANT, over the years. NEVER miss ONE. You say you value "comments" (of COURSE you do). THIS one is indelible; perennial; predictable... and so many of us pray for your courage and safety.
When you are making the ones with the basil also consider adding oregano it producesn a very Italian taste and works well with what we Italians call "Sunday Gravy". I like ALL your ideas on forming the meatballs. My nana made hers twice the size of yiurs. It an Italian thing --mangia! 😊
It is interesting to hear that your grandmother made meatballs twice as big. In culinary traditions, variations in size and proportion are often related to regional or family preferences. Whether they are large or small, meatballs are loved by many, and each variation brings its own unique charm and flavor.
@@WebspoonWorld Yeah we called them nanas bowlimg balls. She spent one summer throwing raisins in the mix and well just NO, nana!
Wow! Those would all be perfect on a meatball sub sandwich!
Yes, meatballs are a great addition to a sub sandwich. They add flavor and texture, and can be paired with a variety of sauces and toppings to create a delicious and filling meal. Enjoy!
@@WebspoonWorld I don’t know if you have done one yet. I searched through the play list and didn’t find any…. But I would love to see a whole episode of what you can do with sub sandwiches.
I love your videos! and your recipes are WONDERFUL , I get sooo hungry when I watch them and I love your meatball shaping ideas to I never would have thought of the egg tray . You are AMAZING thank you for all your hard work.
The egg tray trick for shaping meatballs can be very handy and creative! Thank you for your warm words of appreciation. Happy cooking!
I could watch you cook ALL day long! You have such a beautiful presentation in cooking delicious looking food!
The egg carton hack is cool if you have to make a lot of meatballs. I just use an ice cream scoop to make them all uniform. If I want smaller meatballs, I use a cookie scoop. I do make large batches to freeze into individual servings for quick, easy meals.
I like to make meatballs with 3 meats: beef, lamb, and pork, which is quite flavorful. Last time I didn't have access to the lamb, so I subbed with ground turkey, and when I soaked the bread crumbs in milk, I forgot to drain it. OMG, it was the bomb! So tender.
As far as sauce, I grow my own San Marzano tomatoes and make home canned marinara sauce for the year.
This is great advice! Thanks for sharing it!!!
Great ideas, definitely speeds up the time making meatballs.
We are glad that the ideas were useful!
love your interesting creative videos and of course all the recipes you so freely share - thank you
I can't wait to try them all. Thanks for sharing, I appreciate new ideas for dinner, and your sense of humor.
You're very welcome! 😄🍽️👨🍳
Have never used an egg carton to make meatballs, but might try it. I usually just pinch off and roll between my palms like you do. The oven rack method is probably another one I would try because I like to make smaller meat balls most of the time. But, one thing…..I am of the same mind as Rachael Ray…….all of the spaghetti gets tossed with all of the sauce. I do not like “naked” spaghetti. Other than that……i love all of your stuff!
Thanks for your comment! As for the spaghetti and sauce, everyone has their own preferences, and that's okay! I'm sure it would still taste great either way.
Rachel Ray? no way! Webspoon is THE MAN!
@@lindajgaeta8935 YES. I would agree! I love Webspoon, but I do agree with Rachael Ray that all of the pasta gets tossed with the sauce. I don’t like naked pasta!
1/2 beef 1/2 pork combined makes the best meatballs.
I love your videos and your recipes. Watching you is a privilege, thank you so much.
Nice!.... bringing the world together one recipe at a time!!
Your wife's cooking channel is also the dark one

Lover of meatballs here
I use the ice cream scoop method and slow cook them in my choice of home made sauce until they are very tender.
My faves are Swedish meatballs in a white creamy sauce.
Great vid as always
I have mentioned your channel to many first time shooters of food content on how to do it. You have the gold standard here. Keep it up.
❤
Fast and easy to cook, yummy.
Absolutely fantastic I love your recipe wow must try everything looks so delicious 😊😊😊😊😊😊
I can’t surprise you with any cool meatball method- you are the master! I do bake mine vs fry pan. Less mess. I love that egg carton, pure genius! I mix mine meat on the counter by making a hole/well and put all my ingredients inside then mix. 😊
Thank you for your kind words! Baking meatballs is indeed a great way to reduce mess and achieve a more hands-off cooking process. Keep up the great work, and happy cooking! 😊👨🍳
I enjoy many of your marvelous presentations. These meatball/sauce recipes look scrumptious and your many ways to make the meatballs are intriguing. Thanks

Let me know what you think after you try it!
The simplicity and perfection of your work, never stopped to amaze me .Thanks ,I don’t cook very much. I am old.

I love, love, love how you made meatballs with the egg carton!! Sheer genius!! Good job!
Fantastic video. Thank you!
I enjoy watching your videos, you sure do make a variety of recipes look simple and creative. The Swedish meatballs are similar to how my mom makes ours/family traditionally, and we are from Netherlands. I love the oven/cooling rack idea, especially for homemade meatball vegetable soup. For larger, I think I will give the egg carton method a try.
thank you!
It's always interesting to see the similarities and variations in traditional recipes across different countries. The oven/cooling rack method can indeed be handy for various dishes, including homemade meatball vegetable soup. And the egg carton method is a great way to form larger meatballs. I hope you have fun trying out these techniques and enjoy the delicious results. Happy cooking!
Alex you've done it again! Great idea with the egg carton, I'm saving mine. I also did what you did but, I cut mine instead of using a rack to mark. These are on the menu tomorrow. Peace, love and God be with you and yours.
I hope your meal turns out delicious! Peace, love, and blessings to you and your loved ones as well. Enjoy your cooking!❤
Thanks for sharing, meatball mixing and forming are my bane, these tips and tricks will make it much easier. Plus I'm always open for more/new/upgraded methods of serving them. I prepare in bulk, minimum of 10lbs of meat per batch and freeze to use as needed.
Use it!)
I have to say..I LOVE EVERYTHING YOU DO!!! I use to work with Chef Tarantino cooking..the program with entitled Get Inspired..using generic products and making a DELICIOUS meal..less expensive..i learned how to cook a " cut" above the rest, so to speak. The recipes were created in the Test Kitchen..i loved my year of cooking and supervision of other cooks in all the Shaw's stores throughout VT..Suray Promotions with Chef Tarantino teamed up and voila. Your style is right up my alley ❤
