Yah you have to be careful and not put to much clear over the dark for that reason. If you let the dark wax sit up for a day it works better w/the clear over. I ran out of clear wax and wasn't able to put it on in this video. You can also put a watered down white over the dark wax and rub off lightly it softens the lines in the dark wax and then put a clear over top.
