If you have trouble changing your sleep schedule. It important to have morning and night routine for sleep. morning routine you would exercise, get some sunlight and try to minimize caffeine intake (if you drink coffee, do it before noon). night routine you would reduce your artificial light exposure (you can install blue light blocker on your device for this) ,take a warm shower. And when you're in bed. make your room cold like between 18-22 C (no idea what that in Fahrenheit) and completely darken your room (or you can use a sleep mask). and when you want to change your sleep schedule. Try waking up with an alarm an hour earlier than you normally would. Then you try not to fall asleep or nap during the day. Then you sleep an hour earlier than usual. Repeat until you're comfortable with this new sleep schedule. Then you would wake up and sleep an hour earlier from that until you wake up and sleep at the time you want. Example. You currently sleep at 1 a.m. and wake up at 9 a.m. and you want to sleep at 11 p.m. and wake up at 7 a.m. The next day you wake up at 8 a.m. by an alarm then try not to sleep or nap then sleep at midnight. Then wake up at 8 a.m. by an alarm. You do this for 6 days until you're comfortable with it. The next day you wake up at 7 a.m. by an alarm then try not to sleep or nap then sleep at 11 p.m. then you wake up at 7 a.m. by an alarm. You do this for 9 days then the next day you wake up without an alarm (it better cuz alarm disrupt sleep cycle)

i had a dream the other night that me and my childhood friend got a second chance at life and we were kids again and we were reminiscing at a park then he went home but to get home i have to jump up a steep drop off on a tire that makes u jump 50 feet high but there was a creepy homeless guy with one eye there and he told me im a traveler for getting another chance and my dream ended
