The beauty of your advice is that even when we dont make it to be an executive, the practice alone is so beneficial already.

Great advice Dr Grace. The corporate game is brutal. Almost not worth playing.

Love this. I like to see this as an Executive Mindset... rather than career-oriented. In that, all your advise is very applicable to entrepreneurship and startups, too!

    1. Perceive your purpose and career direction.
    2. Optimize keystone communication skills. (diplomatic communications, the dissemination of insights and communications to make a valuable contribution).
    3. Intergration into the organization.
    4. Show self-governance.
    5. Engage in keystone personal habits. (self care, develop thinking time and develop disciplined savings and investments).
    Hence the P.O.I.S.E strategy.

Loved the video. Although one might decide on an alternate career path, friends, family and colleagues always measure you by the success in career path and look down upon you if you do not achive those set goals.

Investments and key person insurance and coverage to protect that money. Work or corporation may provide some coverage to protect their investment in you, but you need several important coverage types to be sure that you can work and avoid worry about un expected consequences or events. Thanks for putting all this together.
