Try replanting cut off carrot tops to regrow: they will often go straight to seed. You may be able to get seed that way. 🦋

It is real- ive seen peas with yellow and purple pods as well. But colour is only the surface level benefit from breeding your own crops.

@@haldanebdoyle hmm thinking about it, its not far off from improving flavour: our enjoyment of something involves all its aspects imo.

Anthocyanin which gives the red colour can also give a 'twang' to the flavour, that some people don't like.
