    WRONG, man boobs are fat half the time the other half of time they are Gynecomastia. Trust me I know cause im 6'4 with 9% body fat and I still had boobs, and i just had the surgery done 2 months ago to remove them.

    Hey Johnny,
    I have a couple questions for you.
    1 - Are you using this workout as a sole workout or as a finisher to your main chest routine?
    2 - A lot of the time i feel chest workouts in my delts more then anything else? I'm unsure if it's because my front delts/shoulders are under developed compared to my chest muscles and the delts are failing before my chest or the other way around? Possibly its my form? Do you have any advice on that?

      1. For this day, this was an entire chest workout. You don't need to lift chest for hours, that would be endurance type training which is impossible to build muscle with.
      2. It's your form. Try pretending you are pinching a pencil between your shoulder blades when you lay on the bench. Your shoulders and upper back should remain planted on the bench through the full range of motion. At the top of the rep, all the tension should be on your pecs even when 'locked out.' Your grip may be too narrow as well.

    I'm a pretty normal weight for my height, and my waist is actually pretty normal too, but my butt and my boobs are huge and noticeable. My doctor doesn't seem to think it is anything other than a little fat, but I can't seem to get rid of them even doing cardio. Any advice?

    Bro, Jonny, you'll fuck your chest up with the flies. they're not even chest flies, they're coracobrachialis flies & one bad rep, could cause a torn pec. it's all physical therapist terminology, jeff cavaliere from athlean x goes into more detail, you should check out his video on 5 of the worst execises.

      But just cause it doesn't cause you problems now, doesn't mean it won't in the long term. And you don't know how the body works. Yes it is a dangerous exercise & it can cause a torn pec.

    Ok so I'm pretty skinny but im not looking to get massive muscles, just to be lean, and toned. I'm not good at describing it so think of Connor McGregor (UFC fighter) as an example. Will these exercises help me achieve that or are these for big, bulky muscles?
