Veljko Milković, an academic and inventor from Novi Sad, has done something great that has not been done by any Serbian inventor before. Milković invention of the mechanical oscillator is widely used worldwide, a testament to the fact that over 500 foreign companies use, sell and manufacture pendulum-based machines used in the heavy industry. The purpose of the two-stage meganic oscillator is multifaceted, because the character of the machine (two-arm lever with pendulum) allows its use as a press, water pumps, compressor, crusher, power generator, mini power plants.

Hmmm, I wonder the output if you had a coil tube stationary and the arm would lift back and fourth a strong magnet going up and down within the coil tube. Would be a longer generating period per stroke. Just thinking too much.... : )
yes would work , depending on magnet strength for output , I have one somewhere if I can find it . also in video I said neo was 2 by 2 inch ; it is 2 by 3 inch . The travel stroke distance of TSO machine would be ok , the coil really doesn't need to pass thru N to S completely , just so the N spans the distance of coil windings if your magnet length is long .
The inventer Mr. Milkovic done many tests in private lab and in national technical faculty in Serbia and results of measures are that output energy is bigger them input emergy,what means this is perpetual-motion invention

@@kristoferkrus Well it's not real to make system without input energy,point is to trasfer one type in other type of energy. In this system his hand can be changed with engine for example to make system active. This type of system can be used in heavy industry,to power many types of pumps,generators and others.

Linear generator will much better in this case.
