Gordon carries the name "Shooting Star" with such splendor. Much like a shooting star, Gordon is sprinting down the way, and heralding a feeling of hope and optimism that one would feel when seeing an actual shooting star. He is the prototype in a long lineage that is soon to come; and he is the Genesis of the success of Gresley's design. That name suits him. Because, he is a shooting star. Gordon truly looks dignified as he stands aside his mighty Doncaster brother. I just wish this was real. What a treat this would be to see this in real life. Happy Birthday, Flying Scotsman. The Spirit of the East Coast Main Line.
Beautiful! Though now all I can think of is the trouble The Fat Controller is going to have trying to get that extra tender off Gordon when he comes home lol
Sir Topham Hatt speaking to the National Railway Museum on the Phone: "Can I borrow Scotsmans other tender for a little bit....er...no reason...." Happy 100th Build Day to Flying Scotsman Wonderful Video!
Both engines look incredible! I love the Gordon more closely resembles an A3, but still has the spirit of the TVS model. It’s also cool seeing Scotsman in the style of the TVS props. Him and Gordon also look perfect with each other, as opposed to how they were portrayed in The Great Race.
Today, February 24th, marks the 100th anniversary of the Flying Scotsman, the first steam locomotive in the world to reach 100 miles per hour! 100 years for the first to go 100 mph! How incredible! Happy 100th Birthday Flying Scotsman!!!
I really like this design of Gordon, He looks more like a A1 / A3 In my head cannon Gordon was actually built the same year as Scotsman 1923 but built 2 months later in April In the 40's like all the other A1's he was sent to be rebuilt into a A3 as well I mean I have nothing against his appearance in the Railway series, TV Show, and CGI but I don’t like the idea of him having a weird hybrid rebuild I got that from unlucky tug if you ask
This… this is a masterpiece Everything about it from the lighting to the engines. I love he little details like the RWS illustration of Gordon and flying Scotsman. It tells you so much about the character of both the engines even though they don’t speak. Everything about this is just so beautiful.
I personally thought if Gordon would be given a nameboard it would say "Wild Nor 'wester" so that he'd be named after the train he pulls, just like Flying Scotsman. That being said I always thought it'd be interesting to see Gordon with corridor tenders and it does look cool indeed! He even has the slight slope in the middle of the running board and the banjo dome. Must've been converted into an A3 at some point...
I recently discovered your channel and I want to say that it's fantastic I like the way you work with trainz, and I was wondering if you would do an adaptation of Thomas and the trucks one day
Dude...... The Twin Corridor Tender configuration on Gordon looks SICK. A story where Gordon is presented with his own Corridor Tender by Sir Topham would be awesome. Ends up that he has to use it on a LONG trip to the Mainland or something along the lines of it.
@@robcowboy2713 Totally DIG that idea. And somewhere on the Inside of the Tender itself, are the Original Signatures of Sir Nigel, Sir Alan, And All the Former owners. Still painted in the Original Green. Only the Signatures are Clear Coated to Preserve them.
Oh, I remember seeing this on Twitter!!! Gordon's upgrade design is amazing and I love how they're both there to celebrate Scot's 100th B-day! Such a wholesome moment!! :3
Someone should print out the rws image of Gordon and Flying Scotsman, get a piece of tape and then stick it in the flying Scotsman's cab in the same place wear Gordon has his and beneath the photo, Brothers, to show a spiritual bond
Gordon got a overhaul and a new shape and 2 cordoor tenders I guess sir topham hat found some cordoor tenders during the overhaul and gave them to Gordon
Gordon is no longer the prototype, they are now the two remaining A1’s like unlucky tug said “skarloey isn’t real but talyllyn is” And I said “gordon isn’t real but flying Scotsman is
Why dose gordon look like Scotsman more . He has 2 tenders his old footplate old valve gear and nameplates too he really dose look smart . Gives me an idea

Gordon’s A3 looks amazing! And with the Shooting Star name plate is amazing! His 2 tenders are just the icing on the cake!
I didn’t expect this to be visually good. But the lighting, the models, the sets and the small details really make this pop.
Even the music !! Who makes the music !!?? That’s professional!!
Wow. Gordon’s model- and Scotsman’s for that matter are a perfect mesh of TV Series aesthetic and a real life A3.
Beautiful!
Though now all I can think of is the trouble The Fat Controller is going to have trying to get that extra tender off Gordon when he comes home lol
Gordon and Flying Scotsman look great in their amazing rebuilds together as Doncaster brothers of the LNER!
Awww, that was cute.I love those two brothers!

Gordon finally got a “Proper” rebuilt
I love all the little details of this from the LNER Azuma trains to Gordon's support coach. Well made video
If Gordon got 2 corridor tenders and ran a express called "The Shooting Star"
