It's basically like you create another account which u have to manage ( don't really have time rn ) - customer service bug or intended because I did report bugs but either (1) Ignore and say you didn't reply = no problem n ask u to rate them (2) Ask again and again and go back to (1) 6. Just create another app which collects the information from players regards their hero ideas, adjustments and even thoughts on new heroes (ofc need test server ID to do so) 7. Reopen and reselect test server players. These people just AFK I don't know how they get here but I don't like them ..... Test server = test your limits with AFKS? 🤣 8. Hey Dave Long time fan just wondering when the devs Will introduce new items into the game loving all the new heroes but without the items the heroes are just there need new items to counter and to outplay also to get manna and HP more effectively waiting and I feel I will be for sometime if no one speaks up on others like me that feel the same
new items and massive update usually springs around after 3-4 seasons (or a whole year) this is because its going to change the meta a lot and so these kind of updates needs to be spaced out longer because, constant gameplay and meta changes are bad for the game as it will become more complicated and taking longer to understand, possibly making newcomers quit the game.

Hello Dave, could you please ask about the leaderboards? I think so many people that is not from my city are listed in the city leaderboard (probably using vpn just to show up there) and it prevents you of contacting people from your own city. Also a leaderboard of pro players would be cool to see their favorite heroes, streams, builds etc Someone else mentioned a leaderboard of soloq players which would be amazing Finally I think there is a problem for the leaderboard for heroes where you can stay at the top of a hero but barely playing that character.
Kinda disappointed that he didn't ask actual questions for the game and instead asked only about magic chest he could've asked soo many helpful and aggressive questions but hey atleast magic chest people are getting something albeit they number less than the classic ML players.

The hackers name is danek he is the Indonesia number 3 harely and he changed my account to Tb danek. I’ve been trying all day to contact moonton and nothing. I don’t have a voice to make anything happen but you do. Please if you could just raise awareness on this issue because I’ve seen a lot of people of the forums complain about the same. I’ve been playing since season 2 and as you grow older you get less and less time to play and enjoy games due to responsibilities. MLBB is the last Game I truly play and I don’t want to lose all of that. I know you’re a busy person so thank you for taking the time to read this.

Why not lower the price of heroes so that new players do not have difficulties when playing? Will the rune system change? The rune system or emblems of this game is very poor compared to AoV, Lol or even Vainglory ... A professional player would ask those questions

This is just a chess interview. Not on the main game. I wish they don't include chess in this game. There are players who don't play chess at all like me. Including those quests in Starlight and other quests is unfair because we never ever play them. I think it should be a separate app and not part of Mobile Legends.
