Take a look at 20:50 , do you know what that spot is on the deltoid ? it's an injection site. Intramuscular injection sites are either the glutes or deltoids. He's a great athlete and has great work ethic, but if you think these guys are running the show natty, even after Larry did a public disclosure of his anabolic use, then i'm afraid you are rather naive (no offense).
