Thanks for share it! Great Video! ...I can't wait to go out into the fields with my Prado GX as soon as the pandemic ends. Greetings from Colombia!
Hang in there mate. It's a long road ahead, and hopefully it will be over soon.
Thanks for checking out my video. 🤙
Nice to see the humble Prado crushing it!
Hey, I am wondering what the biggest tyre you can fit to a 95 with a 2 inch suspension lift
Hey mate
This video here - ua-cam.com/video/mH_W5i8KVD0/v-deo.html gives you a good indication of what is needed to fit 285/75/16s on a 2 inch lift.
Awesome vid mate. Took my Subaru out today there and did all the Dobinson hard tracks. Was a great drive
Thanks bud. It's not bad out there. If you want wild, Jakem Farm is your next step for some crazy tracks.
Don't know if they will let you take an AWD vehicle there though as low range is required.
What exactly did you take out to Eagle View? 🤔
@@OzTrax4X4 luckily my Subaru is 4wd not AWD and has low range 😏
@@OzTrax4X4 I took my 1993 Subaru l-series
I was thinking L-series. Saw a white one the other day with a huge lift on it. 😄
You're all set then. Give Jakem Farm a shot. Good camping too. 👍
Hey mate dope looking rig, you reckon the solar screens are worth it?
Thanks mate.
I have a mate who runs solar screens on his 90 series and swears by them.
I myself am just tinting my windows shortly, so we will do a comparison in a few weeks when we head off to do the Simpson Desert. 🤙
@@OzTrax4X4 sweet how.much they cost?
You'd have to contact Solarscreen themselves and find out bud.
Any lsd’s if so are they good off road ?!
The LSDs are found in the VX Grande models but are generally worn out at this age.
Mine had a worn out LSD, but if you pick the right line, it was fine.
Lockers are a common upgrade in the 90 series.
If you setup the suspension correctly, they perform extremely well offroad.
Where was this ?
Location is in the video title bud 🙂
You got LSD or LOKKA in rear?
Hi Jon
Which vehicle in this video are you referring to bud?
The thumbnail vehicle is twin locked, my old 90 which no longer exists was unlocked with a worn out factory LSD.🤠
@@OzTrax4X4 are the factory lsd any good?
I have a never offroaded, dealer serviced 97 v6 vx grande with 216k kms.
I have read the toyota lsd are very weak, and as mine is a 1 owner 24 years, always garaged, always toyota dealer serviced, im looking at upgrades. Im not going to do hardcore offroading, but lokkas are reasonably priced.
@@jonsimmons4150 I did some pretty technical driving in the 90 once I had suspension that would allow a decent range of extension and compression and considered a locker but never got around to it as it drove everything I threw at it.
My 80 series has a rear Harrop E-locker and that thing is golden.
music too loud, no engine sound to hear
This is because this is one of my first videos and the audio was terrible and standard exhausts sound boring. 🤣
@@OzTrax4X4 ok, good video to watch
More to come. 🤠
