am i tripping or is his mouse 1 input being used at 1:03 during the break you see it get pressed? at first i thought he was tapping with his pen but you never see it get tapped again after ? someone please do explain this to me as i find it odd and curious

basically most tablets' pen tips are the equivalent of mouse left click, so when drawing, your pen can draw when you press it down.
in osu, there is an option to disable the game from using the mouse clicks because of this (if it recognized the pen left click, then the key on the keyboard is also unusable), and whitecat enabled it.
however, this option doesn't work on breaks (for some reason), so his mouse button got pressed during the break when he lifted his pen then put it back down.
