I've been to prison twice. And I was a high security inmate both times and yes men do have forcible sex with other men but it's not as prevalent as most people make it out to be. Most of the heavy hitters and the real dudes in prison do not condone men having sex with punks. It's a community in there. It's men that share food with each other it's men that share coffee with each other cigarettes etc and no one's going to do that with a man who's kissing on another man. I went to the county jail in Houston In the mid 90s and that was happening in there. I was in a tank for about 40 people and there was about 70 people in there. 5-6 guys would pick a guy up and carry him to the back and restrain each limb and take turns on him. The cops thought it was funny. Fights would break out for no reason at all for the smallest things and it was pure chaos no one ever really slept the entire time I was in there the only time there was peace and quiet was when the Jerry Springer show would come on and everybody would watch it. I thought to myself if the county is this bad what will prison be like and I never went to jail again lol.

@@Wisdom-sl3ts In Harris county jail on Houston you go through holding tanks while you’re processing in and then you go to your tank you’re actually going to stay in…and those are like he said, rows of bunk beds on one side then your tables and seats which are all bolted down in the middle, a tv up on the wall across from the tables, then the shower and toilets on the far side…if they get over crowded they bring in lil cots for ppl to sleep on they call low riders…I been 3 time in 09-10 and didn’t have issues myself but seen a good few fights but no gay shit

You definitely have to Defend yourself or Go to the SOLITARY CONFINEMENT. In General though, people that happens too. They are willing participates.
You're speaking as if all prisons are equal, and they're not. I've been on yards where it was like you describe. And I've been on yards where you can't leave your cell without a banger. If you've never been to that kind of prison, good for you. But don't say what is/isn't happening if you don't know. That's probably the worst trauma I've ever had, and nothing ever happened to me. But please don't minimize what some people are seeing, hearing, and going through everyday. I wish you a peaceful and prosperous day though.
