The Lawrence would really bug me if it was crooked inside the slab like that. At least BGS uses a sleeve inside the slab.
They take pictures of your cards when they arrive at PSA. Check them out on your 2 cards in question.

Psa is inconsistent and they won't fix it. I hope TAG grading gets more popular because they use AI and their consistency is over 99%. Consistency is the most important thing in grading. - WW

I sub all of the time--I would stop worrying about 10s. You’re not going to gem everything. It also depends on what you’re sending in. The TLaw optic has flaws in the design that you can’t see with the naked eye. It’s a panini thing vs psa
Dang tough grades. Makes me worried as I’m currently waiting on my first submission to come back and now I’m questioning everything
You should be good psa is usually fair they just have random moments where people will question them

I read that PSA has 2 different people give opinions on grade, and if they are different, they then call in a 3rd opinion. Not sure how it all works? What if the 3rd guy picks a totally different #?
That’s interesting. Hopefully we have something in the future where they will show us why we got a certain grade

I bought one of those big table mounted led magnifying lenses. Man can you find a lot of surface flaws you cant see with your eyes. Had to remove a lot of cards from my "submission" pile.😢

Yes the biggest thing the magnifying glass will reveal is tiny dimple pockets
I know you are disappointed but you still got some nice grades. I have a modern sub there right now and nervous about the grades. I have been doing good with my vintage subs but we will see with the modern. I will post a video when I get them back. Keep the videos coming.

No one can expect all 10s. It would just not make ANY sense.
It would be nice however to know exactly why as you'd know what to look for the next time around.

True. I’m starting to appreciate my 9s a little more because of everyone got 10s it would be pointless. And I just gotta be more careful when inspecting my cards before submission becasue some of them do have print lines and minor damages that ding the grade.
Dam. Rough. Can’t win them all. I’m scared haha. Im getting my 50 card PSA sub back this week. Grading has been tough lately it seems from videos.
Yea exactly. I just gotta do better when submitting and be more careful. But I definitely had great submissions so it’s hit or miss
That’s just wrong. PSA is getting rediculous. They need to start indicating why the card was less than a 10. Those cards are sweet!!

Man this makes me nervous to send any cards in, but I think the bigger name players they do make it tougher to get 10s
Yes I agree. A big name player is going to have more submissions so I’m sure the grading standards are gonna be a little stricter
Psa is a joke. They need to figure out a way to remove the human element from grading. Ive seen some ridiculousy off centered 10s and ive seen 8 and 9 get resubmitted for 10s. Imo they just rip off the hobby.

When people buy anything now a days you’d be surprised what sells. Most of these base rookies sell for profits during season after a big game.
