I just found your channel today! I can’t believe you only have 36,000 viewers. Duff, you are entertainment personified. Plus you’re a great teacher. Anyone wanting to teach their children to cook needs to show them your videos! So glad I found you, thank you for doing this!
WOW that looks absolutely delicious! The web of the yeast bread was cool to see, and I agree waking up to the smell of freshly made homemade bread or just any homemade food in the morning is amazing! YUM! 😋 The basil is a great touch on it. Love your stuff, Duff! Hope you and your beautiful family have a wonderful, safe, and very happy Thanksgiving! 🦃❤️
I use my regular bread recipe when I make focaccia bread. Each time I make it. I roll it out big enough to fit 2 big cookie sheets. Always tastes fantastic! I usually give a family near me one of the breads. Their son devours it in seconds. Young 20something kid whose skinny as a rail and inhales food. I place my dough in an oiled bowl on top of thick towels, cover with stretchy plastic wrap. I turn on my oven ow and I have glass top stove. I place all of it to the back of the stove top and the warmth from the oven and the big mixing bowl is filled right to the top. Love kneading and getting it made. My little house smells so good! 😊❤️🇨🇦
Does Duff still have the cake shop? It was a good show. The Food Network topk a drastic turn for the worse....it became all competition shows. Before, I could watch half hour cooking shows with different chefs having their own show. I was glued to FN for hours in the afternoons. I always wanted that format to continue on through the evening. Imagine watching Barefoot Contessa at 8 pm! Never happened. What happened to the original Food Network? I even saw Guy Fieri's debut on the competion - he won (obviously) and really made a name for himself. Like him or not, he's a zillionaire today. But - does Duff still have the cake show?
beautiful dish...the way you explained is great...please avoid plastic wrap... use tea towels or another tray/pan as cover...too much waste in landfills
I'm one who is VERY SCARED of yeast breads, Duff, bc there are too many variables (age of ingredients, humidity, etc) for my brain to keep track of. I'm more of a "dump and mix" gal, but I love any vids from the pros. Thanks, Duff!❤
The recipe you made here on UA-cam does not match the one on your website, this one has a hydration rate of 50% or less and uses two types of flour and the one on the website is about 71%. Is this hydration rate correct?
I’m so happy to find you on UA-cam. Can’t believe we get to watch Duff back in the pastry kitchen!

I love homemade focaccia. Especially when I make Muffaletta with it. Love you, Duff. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your beautiful family.🦃
Love your shows thanks for doing these love making things for scratch
Totally enjoyed the video Duff is definitely worth watching just to see what he makes
The best part of making bread is popping the bubbles after the second rise! I *need* to see those huge gas pockets deflate! You're killin' me, Smalls!

Duff, I adore you. I will try this!
Unlike sourdough bread, this bread doesn't look scary to make so I'll have to try it.

Once you've done it a while, it gets much easier!

Bruh
Maybe he has more than 1 foccacia recipe.
It needs to be neaded
💨🫧😂
How many people know what a “Dutch oven” is, in this context. Funny. Probably horribly inappropriate, but, I get it.
