Damn Heat is actually a great character, I do feel sorry for him. He was pretty much misunderstood throughout the whole game until now (in my eyes). Again, Cielo is awesome as always.
Anyways here's my problem, I was thinking of refighting the previous two battles because I didn't like the point placement for Serph (wasted it on luck and AGI IMHO). Here's what I got:
[ Strength - Vitality - Magic - Agility - Luck ]
Default Serph: 12 - 31 - 65 - 22 - 10
Default Sera: 20 - 38 - 77 - 31 - 20
Ugh Post Serph: 12 - 32 - 65 - 40 - 19
I know later on, the dominate parameter will be used between both Serph & Sera.. and comparing with Default Serph vs Default Sera, obviously all of Sera's parameters will be used. So this leads to the ultimate question....
Where should I put the 27 points for Serph? I don't think Strength will matter since I'm going full magic, so that isn't a problem.
As you can tell their stats are pretty close to each other.. maybe I blow it all on VIT since that's the least dominated parameter between them?

Serph looks so sad when Heat´s dying... Its a good thing that you can see emotions on a mute protagonist that are actually reflecting how you would expect him to react in a situation like that.
Man this part had me all teared up. I thought Heat was misunderstood too. He's a really caring person, just his way of showing it puts people off.
And, about your question. I would put the last 27 on Vitality, the more for the final run the better.
I can't comment on the optional bosses since I didn't fight them, but there is one boss you must fight before the final that's real pain the butt.
Okay, so the original plan of using the EGG was a bust. However, Sera remember a second facility that can be used, but it requires to get there by plane to reach it in time. From there, Sera plan to talk to God. DIRECTLY. And for her, its a one-way trip....
The rest of Embryon, though, aren't gonna make this one man mission!

Serph and Heat arrive from the blood, both alive and well, but the past not yet resolved....time to finish this....
No it ain't. It was NEVER her fault....
The sins of the past can never be truly forgotten....nor can they be forgiven....however, closure can be achieved....
By the looks of the stats you will have by the end of Airport.
The ending dominant parameters will probably end up like this(if you follow my advice)

Which is pretty good. If you decide to use the Amala Ring too then it'll all be increased by 10 too. I just tend to like Vit more than Agi since I like to have a buff magic caster.
Plus, you should be getting Heat soon too so you'll get your physical attacker soon. So neglect Str for now.
I usually focus on strength for Serph, if only because Sera tends to focus on magic.
Also, not sure if anyone has brought it up yet, but if you are going to fight the optional bosses you can fight at this point, do it before completing the next dungeon or else you won't be able to fight them.
Nope they only have the version that plays druing the cutscene when argilla tells the group she's gonna help roland
Also the music that plays when serph comes out of the EGG isn't on their either =/ it's annoying they missed so many tracks lol
I complain about the music aslot but... GOD i wish they put this 'toybox' version of 'what it is to live a life' on the OST D:
I'd dump the 27 points into VIT and AGI.
I tend to neglect LUK until late game.
I'd add VIT until it reaches 45 and the rest onto AGI. Then as you lv up, just dump the points onto those 2 stats for later on.
You'll get the Amala Ring half-way through the airport so your other stats would be a bit even out with Sera on the other stats and Serph won't be too weak on the offensive end compared to Sera.
Oops, didn't notice that someone already mentioned them. Oh well.
err, I think you should either dump it either on magic or vitality, LL .

Later on depending on your choices you make in the first game. And second game I think.
