As a manga reader I thought it is pretty cruel of them to drag it out so much lol. They really messed with peoples emotions here in the anime. Let me guess, considering how many cliffhangers this show has I bet they had an ad break after Nezukos "death" when they aired it in Japan.

In Haganezuka's defense, he's only been working on that sword for like a day lol
Yeah, usually Katana sharpening process takes 3 days to complete. (BUT now that the village is revealed to the demons, they have to quickly move out to a backup location elsewhere and move the sharpening equipments first before getting to sharpen Tanjiro's sword).

For real like I'm afraid NO ONE is ready for the future arc especially the second last and the last one, a lot of things need to be processed during those arcs.

N i know we about to end S3,, but ill say it anyways: they didnt hire nobodies to voice the characters in Demon slayer. Theyre either really popular, veteran or legendary.
Even minor/support were voiced by top end VAs.
Ie: Ubayashiki’s voice actor? Also voiced Sephiroth and Bondrewd.

Remember during season 1 when Muzan was in Asakusa and killed the drunkards that told him he looks pale because he presumed pale = sick? It ties in with his backstory. He's so sick when he's still a human and desperate for a cure he employed the services of a questionable doctor. Also the reason why he favors Rui (lower 5 spider demon) because they were both sick and weak when they're still human.

the music the scenes Tanjiro’s panic attacks added so much from what’s already a sad few panels from the manga. it’s an amazing scene and it still makes me cry. one of the peak emotional moments in DS.
They definitely did a great job and this scene justice.

This is already my favorite Demon Slayer episode ever. The animation and music were S-Tier. Nezuko made me cry like never before. What an emotional roller coaster of an episode. Absolute masterpiece, 10/10.
Its definitely up there. But for me nothing can beat mugen train. Rengokus fight and death were just something else
I think this is one of the top 10 episodes in all of anime. Even top 5 for me. Everything about the music, emotion and execution just fulfills everything. An episode from my hero and an episode from re:zero are also in that top 5.

Whats even more crazy about Tanjiros choice between Nezuko and the upper rank was that if he chose Nezuko then the Demon Slayer Corp would probably have offed them both.
My favorite part is that this exact scenario was what the Hashira were concerned about: that Tanjiro wouldn't be able to choose between his sister and humans who needed him. But they were so concerned about Nezuko harming humans, it's honestly beautiful that she's the one who makes the decision for him, telling him to do his job.

I feel like the fact nezuko can withstand the sun has something to do with what hagenezuka said to tanjiro in season 1 about children being born and being "loved by the sun"
Tanjiro didn't use thunder breathing, it's about the total concentration and muscles increasing. Even though I read the manga, I still cried because of how good the voice actor is, also tanjiro being unable to decide for once, he wants to protect both but it's so obvious that he wants to protect nezuko the most given the fact that she's the only one he has left in his family.
He used a weak variant of thunder breathing, but still its likeness nonetheless
He kinda used thunder breathing, every breathing is derived from the OG breathing which is the Sun breathing that Tanjiro uses.
I’m so happy for Tanjiro and Nezuko, truly! After all the shit they’ve been through all these years they deserved that happy moment. Now they’re one step closer to making Nezuko completely human again!

The theories will all be explained in Season 5. Season 4, The Hashira Training Arc which has already been released for its trailer is really going to be "the CALM before the storm" as everyone states, not to give anything away.
but it's strange that training with the Hashira is like a separate season, because it's 5-6 episodes max, and the final battle is about 24-30 ep
Now I understand when you put it like that, cz for me that's also how it felt when I read the manga
I am a pretty emotional guy, but goodness this made me weep. I love animations. As much as I love the story I wouldn’t wanna read the manga before the animation. I appreciate the animators making it seem like it was gonna be over for Nezuko with the flashbacks. They really did this well.
In case you didn't know, Yoriichi's sword is the strongest sword ever created because it's meant to withstand his Sun Breathing techniques. It's built to last. That is the reason why Tanjiro's sword has always been broken and chipped so often and more times more than other Demon Slayers because Tanjiro's sword is made out of normal ores so it does not withstand Tanjiro's Sun Breathing techniques. Now that Tanjiro is gonna be wielding Yoriichi's sword, his sword will no longer snap even if he casts many Sun Breathing techniques. One other point to note is that Tanjiro also actually has the capabilities to learn and master other breathing styles since he's able to master Water Breathing and use a bit of knowledge from Thunder breathing running, because it has to do with sun breathing, sun breathing is the HARDEST to learn and if Tanjiro has mastered Sun Breathing, it means he can also adapt other forms of breathing styles into his sun breathing combined too. Just something to note. :D

To your question in the end:
In season 2, Muzan told Daki that Nezuko is out of Muzan’s control. Because of that, Muzan can’t track her down. Same with Tamayo. The 2 demons in season 1 suddenly found Tamayo but why couldn’t Muzan find her himself? That’s coz Tamayo removed the curse from Muzan. Hope this helps :p

Also the blue spider lily is a myth/magical in Japanese folklore. So its basically explained like the doctor made a mythical potion and demons are only called demons but aren't actual demons.

If you guys think about it even though Muzan is the strongest demon he doesn´t confront the slayers himself, because he is scared of dying fighting them. That´s why he´s so careful. So even though he knows exactly what he needs now, he still needs to prepare in order to guarantee his win

Buckle yourself up, Ron and Michelle, next arcs are insane in terms of fights. Substantial level jumps in the powers of Upper ranks starting from Akaza. The top 3 Upper Ranks are the real deal. Missed you guys so much. You are my fav reaction channel. Also, they used Zenitsu's theme when Tanjiro 'somewhat' ( more like just physically ) used Thunder Breathing. Since Zenitsu is also one of my fav characters in the show like you guys, I really liked that.
The fight with top 3 upper rank will break the internet, we believe in ufotable will deliver as always. Really cant wait 2-3 years i guess.

@@NamVu-im2xm IKR. I guess it will be 4-5 eps long. Honestly tho, it doesn't make sense that a season is just 4-5 eps long. What I predicted before the announcement was that since Infinity Castle Arc is so long, they are probably gonna do it as S4 Pt.1 and Pt.2 . I guess it's all under water now.

S4 has been announced...Its the Hashira Training Arc! 🎉
Muzan doesn't have control over Nezuko. It was mentioned very briefly in the entertainment district arc. He basically described Nezuko's clothes to Daki and told her to "find her and kill her" because Nezuko was out of his control. So I don't think Muzan knows Nezuko's location coz he told Daki to find her for him.
He said in the beginning he was fixing it up for Tanjiro :) the other one was a place holder. That's why Kotetsu had the guard.
I love watching anime-only's react to each arc knowing that they just get better and better as you go through the series.

Honestly, I didn't think for a second that Nezuko was actually gonna die, 'cause she's literally the driving force of this anime. But I still cried at her "death" scene, because I tried to imagine how Tanjiro must've felt in that scenario. The sheer pain and hopelessness he must've felt in those moments...tbh, I can't fully imagine it, 'cause I've never lost my reason for living before. My heart breaks for Tanjiro every time I see that scene. T^T

The last episode was a beautiful episode of Tanjiro and Nezuko.
The artwork was still great.
What made me happier than anything else was that Nezuko was about to return to being human.
I thought he had died in the sun, but I'm glad he overcame it.
And I don't think there's a greater joy than this when Nezuko speaks.
It was a good scene that clearly conveys that Tanjiro cares about his younger sister. Nezuko Kamado's song was also great.
However, Muzan has been a self-centered person since he was a human. No way, killing a doctor who tried to cure a disease.
It's dangerous to think that Nezuko's life will be targeted from now on.
I also understand that Tanjiro couldn't make a decision because he had a strong sense of justice.
The younger sister felt love for her older brother who couldn't decide, and kicked him on purpose, as if to say, "Come and protect the humans, brother."
And it was a time to feel the brother-sister love that the brother also felt the feelings of the sister and defeated the demon.
I wonder how much mental hardship Tanjiro must have had. What is his state of mind when he leaves Nezuko behind?
What a beautiful and painful story.
It's almost like an exaggeration to say that this season was made for this occasion.
Even so, I wonder if Haganezuka's personality can be managed somehow.
I didn't read the original, so I couldn't understand the pitiful backstory of Hantengu.
The things that made me happy this season were that Nezuko was safe, nobody died and there weren't any serious injuries like Mr.Uzui who lost an arm, and Muichiro's memory was restored.
After, I think it's good to add seriousness and laughter.

Tanjiro knows Sun breathing and can perform it. The only reason the other breathing styles exist is because others weren’t capable of using Sun breathing due to the toll it takes and how hard it is to use, remember how Tanjiro would feel effects from using it. So since he knows the hardest one and the original one, he can basically learn any breathing technique if he tried.
Its not totally the sun breathing yoriichi uses but the modified version of it cause if i remember only yorichii can do the original sun breathing and if i remember yorichii tried to teach sun breathing to his co swordsman back then but they cant so they just create brand new breathing style from sun breathing itself.

Why did they have to do us like that with Nezuko. So heart breaking. Im a little disappointed with Hantengu's backstory. I feel like with all the splitting, he would have a more sad and traumatic story.

Btw the tattoo marks on Nezuko's body when she enters battle mode, resembles leaf tattoos and that also has something to do with the sun :D Just thought it'd be a fun fact to point out for you guys, leaves can be out in the sun and they need the sun, it shows the hint to when Nezuko could actually already be in the sun (back when she fought Daki). I personally think that might have been the point when Nezuko could be exposed to the sunlight (with a little burn to her skin at first i guess but she would have been fine afterwards).
