@@EmpressAshe it's not special. The matured egg break out from the oval and the tiny cells moving it towards the uterus. If the egg do not get fertilized, it die and leave the body with lot of blood what came out from the thrown out womb wall cells. Because yes, the womb prepare it's walls to be ready for the fertilized egg. But, if it not happen then the womb throw out the useless wall thing from itself and this is the time why we feel pain cramps.
When the whole diead flesh along with the diead egg left completelly, the womb start to preare it's walls again to be ready for the next round.
