- Enjoy this tribute to Poe Dameron in The Last Jedi!
This tribute focuses on Poe's development throughout TLJ. At the beginning, he's a "hotshot flyboy" with no responsibility. By the end, he takes responsibility - responsibility as a leader. Poe realizes that it's not all about "getting in an x-wing and blowing something up." He realizes that he has to take responsibility for his actions as a leader. And to not bet on bad odds in a given situation. Poe learns this from Leia and Holdo, and he learns this from his failed plan with Finn and Rose.

Poe is just the most charming guy I’ve ever seen!!! 😍
Poe dameron did nothing wrong in Last Jedi... He is responsible cause he cares so much thats why he does the things he does. He is so passionate about this rebellion. His feelings get him into trouble cause he was acting before thinking. Then he learned to stop and think things over. Thats what happened in TLJ with Poe not what is listed above.
Cindy Dameron I don’t care that I’m a year late to this, you’re fucking wrong. The knowledge of the Resistance concerning the First Order’s technology was limited to ruling out the mere suggestion that they could track their enemies through hyperspace. With that said, going off WHAT THEY KNEW, all Poe had to do was pull out of range with the Raddus rather than get their whole bombing fleet killed just to make a dent. The dreadnought and the other ships would’ve found the Resistance later regardless but no one on the Raddus was clairvoyant and so that can’t be used as an excuse for his impulses and lack of leadership at the beginning.
So good! I love it! Poe Dameron is my favorite character from the sequels and this tribute was epic and moving. Thank you for sharing it!
Oooh thank you so much! Poe is so...I don't know, it's not descriptible.
