I spent some time in a Dev bronco with a soft top. Most awesome thing about the softtop is the rear latches and kick stand that allow you to open the rear gate, and prop up the top so you can get into the back of the bronco. If you want to get a larger open space in a wrangler, you have to unzip the back window and roll it up. Seems like a big deal (to anyone with a wrangler lol) that no one has covered
If I go with the Bronco I'm getting a big bend with the manual transmission. My family has a vacation home where the driveway goes through a shallow river and I need something to cross the river.
Got mine on order with you guys. A nice Cactus Grey Badlands. Hoping the uptunes for the 2.3L will be available by the time it comes. Why 2.3 L . Manual transmission... Would have gotten the 2.7 if that was available in manual.
@@Teh_Chosen_Juan Because Town and Country has guaranteed nothing above MSRP, I will be holding their finance manager to that proposition @$48870. No extras or dealer add-on charges. The Tax in Alabama is 2.0%. I am expecting an out the door deal to be around 50 to 51K. We will see what T&C tries to stick to my order to decide where my wife will buy her next Escape and / or I let T&C add on any equipment to my order. Stressful deal and I will take the extra business elsewhere.
@@C.J.Holden direct injection makes it a little loud, I also have an Ecoboost. But they sound great from the turbo! Hoping the aftermarket exhausts can make em sound like the raptor
@@minivanmaster I can only imagine the 6 cylinder will sound closer to a Raptor once you slap an aftermarket exhaust on. With all these new electric and hybrid vehicles coming out. The Bronco (in my opinion) is going to be one of the last of its kind.

There is a question I have. I'd like to see a POV test drive of the manual vs the automatic. I'm planning on buying a Bronco but want to see what the major differences are, what you give up going one way or the other regarding the i4 vs v6. Are we are going to get a V6 in a manual?

For those who have cars on order try to go to a participating dealer that have Broncos on display. Its really impressive in real life. for ppl that are short in stature, me, I had no problem getting into the Sasquatch vehicle n seat height is perfect. checking out the car will make your wait bearable this summer ; )
anybody know of a Big Bend walkthrough that shows it without the sasquatch package? I ordered this model (and its finally scheduled for production!) with out it due to cost, but cant to seem to find any good videos of them without the sasquatch features
Thanks for the review, this is the model I'm most interested in, with the mid package goodies added in. What are the aux switches for? Like adding extra light bars and stuff like that? I doubt my bronco would ever leave asphalt, but I just want a big, beefy, rugged looking SUV instead of the glorified soccer mom minivans we have these days.
Thanks man! Glad the video helped! The auxiliary switches are great for adding ANY accessory that requires power. But the most common uses will be for Offroad lighting, winches, air compressors, etc.
I like the hardtop. But worry about water leaking a few years later. Do they have good seals? Do you think they will last more than 5 years of average usage? Can you do a video with close up on those seals ? Thx

I'm in Canada and want the base model because of the black rims, black grill, love it all, however the big Bend is cheaper in the 4 door on ford.ca than the base model. Curious
@@billymc2681 don’t think gas prices will ever get high enough to keep people away from big powerful vehicles. Always going to be a market for them. These V8 models will end up being very popular now and long term.
The only thing that says it's a Big Bend on the outside is the grille. With the Sasquatch package, mic top, 2.7L engine and modular bumper it looks pretty generic among the other Sasquatch Broncos there. That's got to be one expensive Big Bend! I'd like to see more walk-arounds of vehicles with the standard, unique features that characterize that trim level such as wheels, tires, grilles and bumpers.
At this point FORD is not letting those out for show. They want everyone to think the basic is the Sasquatch and, some will be disappointed with the non-sas package. And that awesome ride the Sas has, may not be reflective of what the non sas will ride like off road, due to the better suspension of Sasquatch. My .02....🤷♂️
@@deal492 I recently saw a video where a non-sas Big Bend and Outer Banks were shown at a dealership in FL. Not everybody is planning to do hardcore off-roading with their Broncos. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if that characterizes most Bronco reservation holders.
I agree, I don't plan on offloading, I just wished they would send some non SAS vehicles to the big shows, even if it's just for display. But obviously they are all about selling the SAS pack. I say that to say at Supercel east, the largest gathering Bronco show in the world. And no standard packs..😕

Ford killed it with these Broncos. I'm super happy they brought them back strong. These things are definitely going to put a hurting on Jeep.

I ordered a Big Bend. I did not order Sasquatch since this will be my daughters daily driver. Hope I didn't make a mistake.
