I have a confusion, I need help adding a Mailchimp tag name to a Mailchimp popup. for some reason, the pop-up on my website is not allowing the subscriber to go to a specific tag. I have the code of pop up in header area of my web. So what change I should make to code to add email of subscriber to specific tag. Thanks in advance Regards
Thanks for the video. Very helpful. Unfortunately I couldn't get it to work though and I fear it's because somehow I have two first name fields in MailChimp and I thought this might cause an issue. Seems to drag a new first name field through from my Squarespace form. Anyway, I tried to go back and add that other field as we did the first time to Zapier. Still no go. Any ideas? Thank you.
Hi Louisa, When creating your Zap make sure to select the Mailchimp first name field that you use as the first name in Mailchimp. It should work; I've had my Zap running for many months without issue.
I Added my Zap to Zapier and the next day after only 4 contacts were changed it said I have reached my plan's limit of 6,000 tasks. Not sure what this means. Now they're asking me to pay money to release my held tasks and nothing will be capitalized moving forward. Is this something you've encountered. Does this happen often?
Hi Bob. I know exactly what you're referring to; it's annoying! Usually it's easy to identify why the Zap limit has been reached e.g. say you import 3k contacts into Mailchimp and only 10 need capitalization. The Zap still has needed to run 3k times.
