The low speed is basically like having a fast feed as well . The lower speed gives more room for errors, which makes for better softer blends. That's what we mostly use in the delaware philadelphia area

Bro when the xo came out i was so excited but was so hard to get the bottom line out. Mines was zero gapped good trust me. I wish he would just add a thin cutting blade instead of what comes with it. Do you have trouble with bottom line with these honestly? Ive used my xo like 10-15 haircits and the on off switch also twitches and shuts off sometimes. Really considering jrl onyx but heard some good things about this

How do these compare to the style craft instinct or how about other clippers in its range. $160 seems competitive for blade, motor, and battery. I can’t believe I paid 159 for Wahl magic clips back in 2020

I’ve had the play clipper prototype since January and the actually clipper since last week. I get the clippers early because my ambassadorship with the company. The website was predicting 2-4 weeks thought bro.

It’s really opinion based man. I think the play is overall better because of my personal preference. The xo is a really great clipper but I find myself using this more.

Just got mine in the mail and it came with a UK adapter. I reached out to their support team about this and was told by support to buy an adapter. From an electronics store. Honestly very disappointed by this first experience with TPOB. 🤦🏻♂️ Smh
They’re 7 dollars on Amazon for a 4 pack of adapters. 2 day delivery. It is a uk brand man. Hate to see something as minuté as a power cord situation is the end all, be all for you. Hope you can look past that small issue with the solution I provided. Hope you have a great day cutting, God bless!
@@Jayblends My apologies, I saw yours and someone else’s unboxing with the US adapter so I figured it would be a standard, especially since they are shipping to US. My xo trimmer came with a US adapter too, so I figured why wouldn’t it come with the proper adapter. My station outlets are already crowded and it’s just another thing I have to buy in order to make it work after such anticipation for this clipper!Don’t you think it should be mentioned as such on the website? Im wondering how/why did you and the other guy get the right adapters haha! I hope you can empathize my situation with this highly anticipated product.I love this brand and meant no disrespect. @@XxevidencexX I get what you’re saying man and technically for a Uk company, that would be technically the proper cord. Anything off US Amazon is with the U.S. plug because it is a U.S. market website. Did you get the xo off the tpob site or Amazon brotha? Also it does state at the bottom of the content listing for the play clipper, “comes with UK plug”. I got a US plug because I am an ambassador and he had it shipped specifically for me from the manufacturer factory. As for the other person, maybe they just got lucky with the US plug. All US Amazon products do come with the U.S. plug for future reference man!
That does not open up to a true 1...a true one would be 2.4mm cutting depth......but this is a dope clipper I cant wait to get my hands on
If you have onyx you don’t need this same internals blade and lever… I like the ergonomic and look better though on the play

Damn, JRL was a big inspiration for this clipper, the lever system, the dual power, how the led blinks, the battery time and even the accessories, the same guards, same zero gap tool. I get that the clipper is a good clipper, but saying that they are innovating the market is complete lies, all the clippers are a copy from other brands, but nevertheless, good clipper
