Make sure it is in a state where you are allowed to. I am not kidding. A family got arrested here (well, the parents) because they were "camping" while their house was being built for a few months. Then fined because they did not have gas/electricity connections as it is mandatory.
They were well fed, had showers, went to school, and clean clothes. Did not matter.

Exactly what I did in Eastern Washington. Omac actually has mostly tax codes from like a hundred years ago, they aren't allowed to change change most of it. So all the Seattle corruption doesn't reach out here.
