I quite like the in-cab view. Something you could try is a camera on top of the cab and then overlaying that picture in place of your windshield since the exposures are so different for each.
Hello Joe excellent video inside the cab watching you shift your expressions when you think you had a hiccup our your expression when you know you got it your the man behind the wheel love the jake brake cool baby cool thank you ken
Real nice W9,Never been a fan of Pete lights on a KW. That thing would look mean with the headlights in the bumper. Just a thought either way she is a sweet ride, stay safe my friend.
I'd like to see detailed videos of shifting a 13 speed and 18speed transmissions. I never had the opportunity to learn either transmission when I had my A class C.D.L. .
Hello4trucks Hopefully goes I’m enjoying your video with sound Jake brake 😂look like your camera almost 😮fell I’m glad I didn’t happen… just let you know I’ve been watching your updates everyday.
When the turbo is spoiling and you let off to engage the Jake you can experience compressor surge but that's before the Jake hits. And the Jake brake can spool the turbo when it's really working,
Thank you! I really appreciate that and yea I finally have the mics figured out! I have watched his videos and I will be playing around with plenty of angles for sure
@@Only4Trucksthe question is, why do it all, if there is a possible damage issue. I could see if ur in an issue of soft ground, where the fast shift is needed with the help of the Jake for rpm drop. Guys that do it on pavement are just , “ look at me” types
@@GarnetSmeal your absolutely right. I can't argue with you there. You only get one go around on this earth. Might as well have a little fun. If the owner of the truck asked me specifically not to I would respect that. But otherwise I'm gonna have a little fun within reason
I think the camera angle is perfect! That Jake brake is amazing. Could listen to that all day.
Thank you! I appreciate that!!

Thank you!
I do like your old kenworth
Thank you!
Yeah I like looking out at you working the gears and the steering and seeing the dash and out the window.
I appreciate that! I like that angle too
Does a Jake Brake have any effect on turbo spool? Like does it keep the turbo spinning while off throttle?

I love your videos, but I agree with another commenter, I can hardly hear you. Just a suggestion, check out FSC trucking for camera placement.

Cool kw 900
Thank you!
What tunnel was that? I know the tunnels out towards Pitt but didn’t know there were others.
That was the Lehigh tunnel on 476 near jim Thorpe pa. It's probably 4-5 hours east of Pittsburgh. It's on the northeast extension of the turnpike.
what happend to the ford ltl l9000 :( i loved the looks and sound of the truck so much and i havnt see any vidos with the ford :(
Sadly my friend sold it. He's the guy I used to work for. Hopefully one day I can build one just like it!
are u gonna post vidoes with the ford ltl9000? ever.. again? or was that with a other company and or did i break
Eventually when I build my own to be just like it! Sadly my friend was forced to sell it.
@@Only4Trucks forced to sell it :(
Which engine is in that unit-? I forget if you mentioned.
3406 cat with an 18 speed. Trucks a 2000
Amen…to that brother nothing like the jack-break it’s the truckers music symphony 😍
Thank you! That it is!
If someone were looking to purchase a tractor - which engine do you recommend and why?
Pre DEF engine.
CAT 6NZ
@@peterfelterbush869 why do you prefer the 6NZ
Power and reliability. It’s hands down the best engine.
MIC
It's in the next driving video!
Pet Peeve of mine actually
I know it can be for a lot of people. But if done right I don't think it's too bad on an engine

I don't think your lapel mic is working. Barely hear you talking.
It definitely wasn't, sorry about that lol but I have it figured out now!
Now you working as hauling logging …
Whatever it takes to make a days pay haha
13 speed Eaton fuller 😂 you almost missed gear ⚙️
