Playing tier 7 mediums in Ratings battles has taught me how to make better trades. Being bottom tier all the time teaches you to read enemy lineups and to be more map aware.
Just looking at the mini-map often, a Bushka tip from a while back, improved my winrate immensely.
It's hard sometimes to control our panic, but thank you with this lesson

I'm a pretty new player (about a year on WOT Blitz) and I think the best thing new players can do to learn maps is watch videos like yours and other good players. I mean, driving in a training room I still would have no clue of a good position, but watching videos of good players I would just see positions they took and then try it in game. Of course at first I would just take those positions without paying attention to reading the other team on the map, but as I get better I now have an idea of different good positions to take in response to different situations. I keep watching vids and learning. :-)

3:30 This mostly happens because of supremacy where teams will split off to go cap, annoying when it happens on encounters, had 3 heavies spent the first 3 minutes chasing a TD.
Counting tanks, mini map awareness, map knowledge. Such great points to touch on and for the average non unicum player so important to always be mindful of. So thankful to see Blitz videos from Bushka again!
Gotta do a video on the speedy British mediums. I've always loved playing the Centurion 7/1 and the FV4202 and now I have no reason to stop playing them lol.

Another good way to get better at WoT Blitz is playing WoT PC a bunch beforehand. Concepts and strategies from that game help immensely in Blitz.
Hell, I got yelled at by someone in DMs complaining that I was P2W in the pre-buff Tiger II, since I unlocked it after around 1k battles, just because I side-scraped, aimed for weakspots, and jiggled my tank around in close range to mess up their shots

I really wish wg would do something about the game. The whole reason behind the the bad meta is they pushed new players up too fast so they can sell tanks. It ruined NA server.

Could you talk about chasing? So many times the team will chase around the map instead of turning around and holding ground

Sounds like a good idea for a vid bcs it ties into map reading. I can think of numerous trends/types of team movement: 1. Both teams send all their tanks the same direction (eg. Heavy route) 2. One team sends all their tanks one way, the other team all goes the other way (chasey-chasey lemmingtrain time) 3. Both teams split (heavies on heavy route and meds flanking) 4. One team goes all one way while the other team splits - let’s say on himmelsdorf one team all goes right but only the other team’s heavies go right while their meds flank round (either the split team win bcs they get a crossfire on all 7 enemy tanks or the other team wins bcs they clear the heavies before the meds flank round)
Can’t tell you how many times counting the enemy team has saved me or gave me the confidence to push. Thanks Bushka!

I’ve been watching for a long time, Bushka, and often try to apply your TTPs. How do you combat the ego or the emotion/desire to push fast?

Buska in PC do this trick in a medium/light tank. Spot in the bush then go back 50m and then shoot then repeat

I can usually tell by how the team moves at the start of match if its a win or loss.
Literally just had a 1v3/2 in my vk90 against a maus is4 and Emil 2( my wt died just as I killed their maus) I ended up clutching it whilst being a one shot because I snuck past the is4 and used him to go inbetween me and the Emil until I killed the is4 and then I just used the is4s corpse to make myself basically impenetrable(this all took place in a supremacy point) I think it was the tensest moment for me yet ended with three kills and 8k damage

I'm a 33k gamer who has managed to improve with a lot of effort. Now 53% total, 58% last month. I managed to improve a lot in the high tier, where I was pretty bad. I've watched thousands of videos maybe and studied the game. But I can't improve in ratings, only 45% month after month, it's depressing. Why is it that almost 60% in randoms, I don't play more than 10-15% in the peloton, and only 45%? Bad luck? Every month? It's heartbreaking.
any recommendations on the best tanks "to get better in"?
E.g. I've sussed the german heavy line up to E100 (angles, sidescraping, etc)
Currently I'm trying to get better at light tanks (grinding the Vickers line)
But I've always struggled with mediums, especially brawling
Would the Patton line be a good one to learn mediums?
Russians are the best meds but I'd suggest go for the German line, it was my first med line and I was completely shit at meds but gaining towards 50M made me a much better player getting 3k casually in the 50M and I've just started the game a couple of months earlier
@@Pinicle_of_evolution tbh the Japanese is the best medium line to learn positioning, as it bad mobility, speed, gun, armor force you to be very aware of your surrounding
@@maizen1403 it's the best line to get better if you already know how to play Meds but if you're new don't go down that line. It's like saying play the AMX as your first heavy so it'll teach you how to avoid shots

These are all basics but, most players are CLUELESS!!!!!!!!!
I hate the Patton it was my first X but its just not good enough for me it's a jack of all traits master of none I'm not writing a review but it's just not good enough for me I got my hands on the m60 and it's fixed most the problem I had besides the speed and as it gains more and more every patch
You should be a “Wallet” player, that is why you get good teams and your tank doesn’t get hit when it should.
Im struggle to play E75 anyone have any idea to how to play the tank

For years, we primed for perfection until wot turn games into arcade. Now rating is just another mad game… sad!
I can improve world of tanks blitz if I stop getting matched with 40% and 30% players with less than 5,000 battles playing in tier 8. I even keep getting matched with people with 35,000 bottles and 40% win rate that have no clue how to play the game.

I have played this game for some 2 years now..... I watch this channel for your personality and not the game.
With all due honesty, this game is trash.
No amount of "skill" can compensate for their horrendous economy and match making.
Feeding this company might keep them in business but that's not good for this genre.
If we don't make these companies pay for their bad work then we become the bottleneck. These are monopolies or duopolies at best and they are not worth. it.
Game ruined….tank won’t go the right way…won’t turn….deleted app.
