    thanks for sharing this. i'am a wee lassie and dint realize ther is such a difference in finger-hole size!!! was amazed to see the first flute u demonstrated had medium holes? really? i couldnt cover them with my big toe let alone a finger :) good thing i have a Terry mcGee "Grey Larsen Preffered" flute with holes HALF that size (seriously!) those bigger holes must provide more volume ? the price we pay for playing in noisy Pubs :)

      😄🤣🤣. That comment was so funny . You couldn’t cover the holes with your big toe let alone a finger . I sold a Terry McGee flute a few months ago . It was a joy to play but it felt quite fragile. And a session can get quite lively . So by selling it , it has forced me to play my old Eamonn Cotter flute . And am now getting used to the larger holes. Wearing a pair of gardening gloves helps 😆 Just have to add the Eamonn Cotter flute is actually excellent
