I really tried to buy another spiral dough mixer off of Alibaba and just couldn't ever get it the way I wanted. I know having speed control would make it better. But so far this has done exactly what I need. I don't even worry about it not having different speeds at all. It gets the job done great! The bowl is not removeable. It is a slight inconvenience, but it cleans up pretty easily.
Nice buns! Haha..... This is the lowest price spiral mixer. Does it perform well even with one speed? Bowl is not removable correct?

I think non removable bowl is more secure, I read some issues with removable ones like they can fly away while mixing
