This footage was shot in 1963, not 1968. At 4:09 of the video, it shows the ferry was docking at the Yamaitei ferry terminal. There are two rows of building with pyramid shape tops. There will be two more rows of building to come. My family moved into the Man Yuen building on the third row in 1964 (which is not even built yet). So this film was shot in 1963.

My goodness. Do you not know how HK came into existence. The Chinese people were encouraged to consume opium by the British, thus ruining their lives & family fortunes. When the qing emperor forbid this, the British used their superior weaponry to defeat China. The unique Summer Palace was burned to the ground, looting of China treasures. Go look up history if you want to challenge this narrative.
